I recently visited McDonald's and had the pleasure of being served by Robert, and I have to say, he made my experience outstanding! I ordered the McVeggies, and it was fully loaded—just how I love it. Robert was incredibly polite and provided excellent customer service throughout. His positive attitude really made the difference, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who goes the extra mile to make customers feel welcome. Highly recommend this location and Robert’s service!

This is the saddest and dirtiest excuse for a restaurant I've ever seen. The staff seem depressed and the eating area hasn't been cleaned properly in forever. Garbage overflowing and flies everywhere. Awful even for a McDonald's

The lady today she just gave me half of the sundae. She told me it’s normal one which her manager told her to do so. The smallest one I have ever seen in the world.

Horrible. My friend ordered a McDouble and a poutine, the McDouble was squished as if it had things stacked on it before it went into the bag. The poutine was dry and the cheese curds were ICE cold. The gravy was absolutely not being held at the minimum temperature to be considered safe to eat (at least 60 degrees Celsius.) don’t eat here

Honestly 1 star isnt even enough id leave 0 if I could floors were sticky place smells awful and the staff are slow and not the smartest took 14 minutes for someone to go to the register to take my order and cash when they did they grabbed it very aggressively and then they tried giving me 3 different orders all were the wrong items when confronted they looked dumbfounded then I was missing items so I said excuse me im missing stuff and they kinda got rude never again this place sucks I dont recommend

Absolutely horrible. Employees are always understaffed. Upon talking to the employee, he mentioned the owners been cutting down hours to a point where he gets 3 hours/week. This is absolutely INSULTING. Long wait times, horrible presentation of food are some of the issues I have faced in this branch. Owner of this branch is doing a HORRIBLE job.
