The lady today she just gave me half of the sundae. She told me it’s normal one which her manager told her to do so. The smallest one I have ever seen in the world.

Horrible. My friend ordered a McDouble and a poutine, the McDouble was squished as if it had things stacked on it before it went into the bag. The poutine was dry and the cheese curds were ICE cold. The gravy was absolutely not being held at the minimum temperature to be considered safe to eat (at least 60 degrees Celsius.) don’t eat here

Honestly 1 star isnt even enough id leave 0 if I could floors were sticky place smells awful and the staff are slow and not the smartest took 14 minutes for someone to go to the register to take my order and cash when they did they grabbed it very aggressively and then they tried giving me 3 different orders all were the wrong items when confronted they looked dumbfounded then I was missing items so I said excuse me im missing stuff and they kinda got rude never again this place sucks I dont recommend

Absolutely horrible. Employees are always understaffed. Upon talking to the employee, he mentioned the owners been cutting down hours to a point where he gets 3 hours/week. This is absolutely INSULTING. Long wait times, horrible presentation of food are some of the issues I have faced in this branch. Owner of this branch is doing a HORRIBLE job.

The girl who was like serving me is literally the best she is the kindest. She is literally a baddie and I am definitely gonna come here next time because she is so nice so like guys please come here because. I forgot her name, but I’m gonna go back and check

I’ve experienced the worst ever service in my life here, I can’t believe how bad and ridiculous it was. Ordered a meal with nuggets on the kiosk, something went wrong with the printer and no receipt coming out. That’s fine, it happens a lot. After having my meal for a while, I realized that the sweat & sour sauce was missing in the bag, so I went to the front desk for the sauce. You know what she told me? She said sorry we charge for the sauce and wanted to see my receipt, I said I ordered the nuggets and your machine was broken, I don’t have the receipt. She said I can’t give you the sauce, it’s the policy. I was furious and told her to come with me to see my table since I wasn’t finished yet my food was literally on the table. She refused to come with me saying she was busy and started to ignore me and refused to tell me her name. Then I asked another staff, he gave me two sauces right away. This ridiculously rude Indian woman called herself the manager. THIS person doesn’t qualify for the job, she should be fired right away. McDonald, if you keep hiring people like this, then good luck, this branch will for sure go under.

Hearing the workers and supervisor here complaining about their life is depressing.. ordering from the screen is better but waiting to pick up my order to hear them complain..

Had a terrible experience as we were waiting for eat in food order even after 15 minutes we saw the order is ready and we thought staff were preparing hot chocolate so we thought could wait but even after 10 minutes no one called our order number and we ourselves took initiative and asked to get drink but the response was not respectful just gave us food and coffee from down side and didn’t even say sorry or nothing didn’t even tried to call our order number. They were busy giving orders others who ordered later than us.
