Robert may be the GREATEST human being alive, he’s taken this McDonald’s from zero to hero. Forget about the bad reviews, those were the dark days ( the days without Robert) now that Robert is here everyday is sunshine and rainbows, the staff are totally understanding and very kind. The place is also cleaner now!

You're going to like this review! For several months I complained that when I visited this MacDonald's in the late afternoon (after 2 pm), that they had run out of Carrot Muffins. This was probably due to the students from a Catholic School visiting the aforementioned at noon hour. I expressed my concern to one of the young ladies. I suggested they inform the Manager to order more, because other people, as well as myself were wanting them, later on in the afternoon. Today, I came in at 4 pm (on my way out of town), and of course, they didn't have any carrot muffins! However, after just buying a coffee, I again suggested at the pickup wicket, that they had run out of muffins AGAIN! To my surprise, the young lady at the wicket said they had SAVED ONE for me the whole day! Unbelievable! To the young lady who went out of her way to serve her customer beyond the call of duty, I say, thank you so very much! You're a treasure! I hope the Manager of this store recognizes you for your dedication to your customers. Also, because the Manager doesn't order enough muffins for the afternoon patrons (of various types), it forces me to go to your competitor - Tim Horton's. Bottom line, your loosing money that would be better spent at MacDonald's.

I recently visited McDonald's and had the pleasure of being served by Robert, and I have to say, he made my experience outstanding! I ordered the McVeggies, and it was fully loaded—just how I love it. Robert was incredibly polite and provided excellent customer service throughout. His positive attitude really made the difference, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who goes the extra mile to make customers feel welcome.
