The staffs were talking with each other instead of making the orders. Moreover, when I opened my order and started to eat, there I found a small hair in French fries. And also when I encountered with the staff regarding the hair that was in my fries, he was ignoring me.

Order # 482 at about 7.35 pm on March 16th. I ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets take out. They gave me only 4 nuggets. I was on my way when I found this. This is nothing but plain cheating or do they have people who cannot count?

My friends sister got a vanilla ice Coffee and they didn’t put vanilla in it and I went back to tell them if I can get a new one I got it it was so much vanilla she spit it

I bought an Iced Coffee but was refused a cup of water at this Mcdonald’s franchise. Workers cited manager not allowing the giving out of water and that this is store policy. Yet this is against the law as per a Supreme Court of Canada ruling.

Place looks dirty, staff no name tags, Chantelle serving burger patty without gloves, none has gloves, cleaner lady moping the floor with fries lying on the floor, on top of the fries, not a well maintained outlet like others, who is the owner!!!
