WOOOOORST & the by far the most dirty mcdonalds I've ever been to....homeless & drugg addicts hang out all around the building.....the head supervisor that works there is EXTREMELY rude & the customer service is scary bad.......never had such a bad experience with a fast food chain before....id rate it 0 stars if I could

I said my order 4 times very slowly and was very clear. After she asked again what the specific instructions on the hamburger was, I again, said it very slowly and made sure she understood the 3 insanely easy instructions I asked to be put/removed from my burger due to allergy issues. After getting told to park we waiting for our food and once we got home, somehow they still got it wrong and did the opposite of what I told them…..🙂

I mean it's Mc donalds. It's not exactly quality, but the taste is good. I was feeling a tad over heated after practice and went for a cone and a burger. Staff seem very dis interested in your presence. I waited 20m for a cone and a Mc double.
They never seem to give you napkins when it's melty. (Unless asked.) It'd be nice for a standard.
All in all. Good burger, decent cone. Work on the people skills and you'd get at least a couple more stars.
Most of the time, the tables are dirty and the washrooms are dirty. Some of the employees provide poor service and are slow and, don't wash their hands after changing the garbage. They have an ant problem. The crackheads do drugs in the bathroom, and drug deals on the patio, and drink alcohol in the restaurant/patio. The homeless people sleep in the lobby, and fight. Management is a complete joke.

Ordered $55 worth of chicken nugget meals for delivery via the app and received a burger and coke. Delivery company wouldn’t give us a refund so we took the wrong order back to the store. They also refused to give us a refund, however, they offered to replace it with the correct order.
We eventually received the correct order but lost money on the delivery fee and tip. We will never enter this criminal establishment again.
A company as big as McDonalds, and they behave like this?

Always a great experience at McDonald's! The staff is friendly, the food is consistently tasty, and the service is quick. I love their variety of menu options, from the classic Big Mac to the new seasonal items. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a quick meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving comfort food!
