I went through the drive through around 9:30-9:40 am June 1st, was charged full price for both drinks (not the summer drinks price), the iced coffee was supposed to have caramel but didn't AND I was given a small cup with the sticker clearly saying medium. Just a bad visit all around

I have really bad experience with mcdonald staff regarding the uber delivery waiting time, i went there to pick my uber order last night at 3.50 on 31 may 2025 and ring the doorbell but no one come to ask me what's the delivery number even though I waited there more than 25 minutes and rings 20-25 bells in delivery area but staff was just talking to each other and not paying any attention to delivery area. At the end i had to cancel my order from my side after waiting so long and after wasted my precious time please improve your staff so uber drivers not face this kind of problem again.

We went to their drive-thru today, May 24 at 2:17 AM. I ordered Spicy McCrispy Meal with fries and coke and a cheeseburger. When i reached the cashier area, i paid my order and verify if my order is a meal, she said No and i told her that i ordered a meal because i want fries with it, she punched in their POS the fries and asking me to pay 5 dollars on top of my bill. I told her, i ordered a meal and it usually comes with fries so I asked her that if she can refund my first transaction since they did not charge it as a meal. The cashier said that they cannot refund my order which shows that the staff wasn’t even trained properly on how the POS works, I asked her to call her manager because I know that it can be refunded. When the manager comes, he refunded it immediately and solve my issue. This is not the first time that it happened to me in this location and this should be a lesson learned to us not to come back here because obviously the service here is bad but then, please do train your employees properly. I did not place a large order for you to mess it up. It was not even busy. Thank you.

As a veteran who is dealing with mental health issues, I travel with my support/ therapy dog everywhere I go. We start our day off by hitting up this location’s drive thru and grab my morning coffee. We usually see Annie (on weekdays) at the window, who’s always so friendly and courteous, and the manager Dakota comes up and says hello on occasion. I wish I could give proper credit to the friendly weekend staff but I can’t remember everyone’s names. My dog appreciates the pets he gets when he sticks his head out the window (I always ask first) and I appreciate how amazing the staff at this location is. Well done! Thanks for being good humans in a somewhat crazy world
This mcdonalds is way cleaner that the Wellington and Bradley location. Good sitting, if you have kids there is a play place. Only gave a 4 for food as I got a mcchicken and thry may have used an entire bottle of mayo, otherwise was good. Would recommend
