I went to get crayons for my kid because he wanted to color, and there was no crayons. Upsetting experience to say the least. Also, the wife made me sleep on the couch for this, she blamed me.

Not having hashbrowns at 1100 am is not acceptable, manager needs to fire some one, not wanting to make more and being "out" are not the same thing, manager get on this

They made us wait over twenty minutes after they had put in that our food was brought out to us then after I sent my daughter's in they brought out the food after getting home we Discovered that they had messed up a burger in our order and the Lettuce on it tasted awful I do not recommend coming to this location

Who makes a BLT bagel and doesn't put mayo on it? Criminal. Or some demographic that doesn't eat pork, perhaps? Tim's is garbo sometimes too but I'll have to take a hard pass on this location.

So tired of this one. Today it was $11.97 rounds to $12.00 according to the till. Cashier marked payment incorrectly according to receipt but did tell me .97 rounds to an even dollar. Second issue was missing part of the order ( that's two in a row). All served with unfriendly disdain for my patronage, again.

Ordered online payed for a gravy and it was not in my package, tried calling the store about incomplete order and nobody answers, I paid for my extra order and didn't get what I paid for, very disappointing...
Again I ordered sept 26, and guess what? You guys messed up my order again!, I paid for something and I didn't received it, great!, called the store and spoke with the "Indian" manager by his accent and did nothing and just hang up on my call. You guys need to get your team and management straight. Everytime I ordered on this branch you always messed up my order.

Went there Friday night at 12 45 am ordered fries and nuggets waited 20 min then got the fries where cold this mc Donald's would win being the worst one in london
Has a playplace! Clean and fun. There is seating where you can eat in the playplace area.
Only challenge is you have to be buzzed in for the washroom which is challenging with kids. But the washrooms were super clean probably for this reason.
