They NEVER give you ketchup if you don't ask. I ordered 3 large fries and didn't get a single pack of ketchup by default. They won't ask if you want it or not either. The real problem is when they tell you to pull forward and not wait at the window, then when someone brings your food and you realize there is no ketchup, there is really nothing you can do, but to park, get out, and go inside to get some ketchup which is what I am trying to avoid by going through the drive-thru.

Ordered on Skip. Got a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. Apparently someone working in the kitchen today had ZERO regard for health and safety as there were literal EGG SHELLS in the egg. Not just one or two, but throughout the entire egg portion of the sandwich.It's one thing to put an incorrect item on a sandwich, it's a WHOLE other thing to have sharp pieces of egg shells in them. Complete and utter neglect.I will never order from here again.

First time being disappointed by Macdonalds. The fries were soggy and older. The Big Mac was overflowing in the sauce haphazardly put together. . Threw it out after two bites along with the fries. The Double Cheeseburger was good. The staff were pleasant.

I don’t expect McDonald’s employees to be as polite as they were years ago. It used to be a very important thing for McDonald’s to have their employees say please and thank you and treat everybody with respect. You know, Customer Service. But today at 2:30 PM March 8, 2024 at the drive-through, I’ve never experienced two more ignorant & rude customer service personnel. Unbelievable. It’s really quite sad actually.
