Ordered a hamburger combo with a poutine requested extra cheese curd and gravy, when I opened the box, it is less than half the box. Horrible. Check everything before your leave this store..

I went there last night at 1am and the two girls working there were extremely rude. The service was super slow, I thought they forgot about my order. And they charged me twice for the item. They stole my money and gave me pathetic service with cold food. I would never recommend this McDonald’s.

Friday, August 8 2025, I’m in the drive through at around 9:30AM. I don’t eat bacon, so I’m used to ordering at Tim’s an Egg BELT Bagel although in the name, it does not contain bacon. So I order my usual, but at McD’s “Egg BLT Bagel with no tomato, extra lettuce, extra mayo”, my naïvety convince myself that it will come without bacon. Unfortunately, as it turns out (good thing I checked after getting my order), the bagel had bacon. I went back around, and the nice young lady at First Window said since I had ordered it she couldn’t change it. That’s fair, it was me who messed up. So I pay for a new one, this time no bacon. I go to the second window to pickup my new bagel and the young man who had seen me not long before, asked if I had the bagel again. I explained to him yes, I just ordered a new one because this one had bacon and I didn’t want to make a fuss. I used to work at McDonald’s so I can understand how irate some customer’s can be if they don’t get what they want even if they didn’t communicate it. The young man then gave me the new bagel and proceeded to hand me a refund for it. I did not want to accept it, for it was my negligence that put me here.
Anyway, in summary, great drive-thru manners for the first window, I know the new generation is more introverted than what mine was but you handled it well. And thank you young man, for making my day. ALSO, don’t forget to communicate your order, even if it takes a few extra seconds. McDonald’s is fast-food, not psychic-food. I hope the two of you see this. Thank you for reading.

We were travelling by and made a pit stop for my daughter to have her first happy meal. The staff here are a joke.
We ordered: happy meal with apple slices, yogurt, 4 nuggets, sweet & sour sauce, milk.
We got: happy meal with 4 nuggets, milk and sweet & sour sauce.
Had to go ask for the apple slices. And then we realized we didn’t get the yogurt so had to go back again.
