Virtually empty and still SLOW! Only one in the drive thru and had to approach the speaker box twice before getting asked for my order. Paid and received my beverage then I was told to wait at the next pick up window for food. There was no one else in the drive thru, and virtually no cars in the lot, we could see no customers in the dining room for several minutes. Eventually, people showed up and got their meals and pulled around us. It took 10 minutes to get our sandwiches. At a regular place, not a complaint. At a place where their business is FAST food and minimal wait times, it is a complaint. Further no sorry no common courtesy and generally no manners from any of the staff.

This McDonald's is in a busy location just off the 401.
They need to pay more attention to order accuracy. While I was waiting for my food, two people came into the restaurant to complain that their orders were wrong. One of my items was prepared incorrectly too.
The store was clean.

I went through drive-through Oct.15 a few minutes before 1 am, ordered a Quarter Pounder, no cheese, med. Fries and chocolate milk. Kid at window says pull up to the second window ahead, which I interpret as Reserve 1 spot. While I am waiting, a teenager walks up to the window from a parked car adjacent to the drive thru and places an order, on foot. He's joined by an older male, and they both have a great conversation for the next 7 minutes. No one is coming with my food so I put the car in reverse, indicating I want to talk to the employee. After fist bumps and a couple more minutes of talking, the two customers walk back to their car and the kid asks if he can help me. I say yes, where is my order? He's like a deer in headlights and asks me what I ordered. I tell him and he apologizes and run off, helping the.female employee make my order. Finally gives it to me, no receipt, cold fries and throws in a cookie, McChicken and two apple.pies for my trouble. The whole encounter from drive up to finally getting my food was almost 15 minutes. Beware going to this 24 hr. Location.

We stopped at this location during a long trip to Niagara Falls, mainly to use the washroom. The place was clean and tidy, and while we didn’t order any food this time, there’s nothing negative to say about the spot. I’ll be sure to review the food during a future visit.

Fries taste like they're yesterday's Fries... coke taste like soda water. What a horrible stop. As close as it is to the highway I thought it would've been way better. I'll visit Arby's across the street instead next time. Mcdonalds gets more expensive but quality goes downhill. You get what you pay for is no longer a thing
