Here in London Ontario, my order was very good as usual, great taste and lots of it, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the delivery was very quick and friendly.
What more could you want from any Fast Food Restaurant ?

Don't stop here on a road trip!

Bathrooms are locked & there's nobody manning the front counter to let you in. Waited almost 20min to order a dollar item just to pee.

I really appreciate the wonderful team at this McDonald’s! I had ordered a burger with drinks, but instead of waiting in the usual spot, I stood in a blind spot where the staff couldn’t see me. Because of this, they accidentally handed my order to another customer.

Even though the confusion happened because of my mistake, the staff handled the situation with great kindness and professionalism. They quickly got everything back on track and made sure I was taken care of.

I truly admire their patience, understanding, and excellent customer service. Thank you to the team for turning what could have been a frustrating moment into such a positive experience!

We ordered spicy Mc crispy and they just slapped everything in the box and not on the burger itself. When we opened it, everything was already out and it seemed we had to make the burger on our own to make it somehow edible. I have also worked for tim hortons with driv thru and we also have been under pressure and fast paced environment. They just dumped the ingredients into the box. Not satisfied one bit.

Does McDonald’s management have any idea how off-putting it is to have to request a key to use the washroom? Especially when the front counter is so busy that you have to stand in line for 10 minutes to obtain the key so you can wash your hands before you eat! Why do so many restaurant owners rule to the exception? Most of your customers treat your facilities with respect. Your signs treat your customers with disrespect!! Your signs have lost you a customer!
