Warning: On August 12, 2025, between 5:10 PM and 5:25 PM, I was held at this drive-thru for 15 minutes until I turned off my car, then overcharged an extra $4 without justification. When I challenged it, they corrected the price and claimed it was a “mistake.” This is unacceptable and may violate consumer protection laws. Be cautious

Waited 10 minutes in line to use my CAA and not only was I not waited on, not one person behind the counter even acknowledged I was standing there. If they were busy, they could have still acknowledge my presence and share they would be with me momentarily. I left!

Manager/employee “Alex” was the employee at the counter working. I asked for my usual extra large coffee as I do each morning between 4:30 and 5:00 am, Monday to Friday. She was not going to serve me because she said they were not open. The sign says they are open 24 hours but she refused to serve me. When I explained that come there every morning and she served me yesterday, she said and I quote “they were probably being nice to me”. She then said she wiukd serve me this one time. With a manager like this, how can employees and workers be properly trained in customer service.

Genuinly forgot my burger in the DoorDash, the fries were SO SALTY I had to throw them out, chunks of salt were falling out. No integrity whatsoever I don’t care if you don’t see my face in person, had me waiting for nothing.
