The service was quick and friendly. The coffe was fresh and hot.The burger was nice and hot, but totally lopsided,and the store was filthy. Literally every table was dirty, the garbage was overflowing, the washroom was gross, and there were napkins strewn all over the patio.

The issue here is it is always dirty but if you ask them they'll come and clean your table. The garbage is always overflowing.
Filthy restaurant! The tabletops are visibly greasy and floors are sticky. The washrooms are disgusting and smell awful! When was the last time anyone disinfected anything??
