Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Oxford and wonderland location late at night. I was missing multiple items in my order and when I went back in to retrieve them, the staff was rude and did not give me the items.
I understand that late-night shifts can be challenging, but the experience was frustrating and fell well below the standard I expect from McDonald’s. The service was slow and disorganized, and the staff appeared unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. As a customer, I felt ignored and inconvenienced, despite being polite and patient.
I chose McDonald’s because of its reputation for consistency and efficiency, and this experience did not reflect that. I believe customers should still receive respectful and reasonable service regardless of the time of day.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve late-night operations at this location. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed.

Grabbed my coffee this morning and it tasted like pure cream.. no coffee at all. I asked them to replace it, and even the second one was exactly the same. I buy coffee from this McDonald’s branch all the time, so I know how it’s supposed to taste, I understand that some days taste may vary slightly but today was honestly the worst. And this is supposed to be the drink that starts my day! It literally felt like I was drinking hot water with creamer and sugar. So disappointing. 😭
Working on the road, there isn’t much for washrooms. Usually stop at McDonald’s and get something small and use theirs.
Unfortunately this location treats you like a junkie, and locks the doors. After asking twice to be let in, the door was still locked, so I stood there looking stupid before deciding to just go elsewhere. Locked washrooms are just a good indicator you shouldn’t shop there.
Table service I deem very convenient, have not tried their mobile ordering. Not their fault though. My phone seplan is the cheapest so I ca yellown have internet connection outside of my home.

This is probably the slowest service I have ever had from a McDonalds. Went inside the store to order a large coffee, it took almost 10 damn minutes for someone to come and take the order. After about 3-4 minutes they gave me a large coffee which was very cold. Again took another 10 minutes to get a freshly brewed hot coffee that I had to go get through drive-through. This is ridiculous.

Looks like employees want you to try all of their menu (specially leftovers).. Order something and you will never get what you ordered....
Waited 30 minutes to get my food when it wasn't busy.
Staff got attitude too as if it's my fault they have to work at a McDonald's.

The service and the food was so bad. They got my order wrong, I ordered a junior chicken, poutine and a medium fries, but instead they gave me 2 junior chickens and small fries the poutine barely had any gravy on it and the cheese tasted funny. The fries were so stale and soggy it tasted like they made it 2 days ago. The workers were so mean and they looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Mostly the girls were mean the dirty blonde girl. I don’t recommend coming here at all if you don’t want your food tasting stale

I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered one Junior Chicken, but they charged me for two. I also ordered a poutine, and the fries were so dry it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. On top of that, there was no proper customer service. Very disappointed with this visit.

I had one of my worst experiences at this McDonald’s. The girl working at the second drive-thru window (where the food is handed out) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and her tone felt very dismissive and irritated. I asked about an extra SKOR item, and her response was careless and unhelpful.
As a regular McDonald’s customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect at the drive-thru. I strongly request McDonald’s management to provide proper training to such employees on customer service and communication. Experiences like this really spoil the reputation of the brand.
