Went there after 12:00 at night in a cab the girl was loud screaming over the intercom, very short and rude not polite at all... also forgot my sweet and sour sauce which I needed to go back around to the drive-thru to get which cost me an extra $4 in the cab then I realized that they charged me for a McChicken combo instead of a Junior Chicken with a McDouble worst McDonald's experience ever that girl should be fired she was very rude and never said any apologies for anything

Ordered xl black coffee and got to the first window and they told me my order which they said was a large black said no it’s supposed to be xl they said well you were charged for a large paid the extra money for the xl got to the second window and asked the blonde worker is that a xl she said no it’s a large I said well I paid for a xl she slammed the window got the xl and shoved it in my hand and slammed the window again I understand if you’re having a bad day but it is not appropriate to take it out on customers

I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger combo, and 6 McPops at 11:30am. They didn't send the McPops, but did send a note saying they didn't have my selected flavour. Um, thanks? And whoever made the sandwich put so much mayo and ketchup on it, it was almost like a soup. As soon as I bit into it, everything slid out the opposite end. It was unsalvageable. Just globs of mayo and ketchup. Absolutely awful food and experience.

Very inconsistent. Best location in London when the right staff is on! Other times it's like they are guessing the amount of sugar syrup pumps in iced coffees and is not mixed at all. Ran out of cinnamon buns and gave me two apple pies instead, while charging me the way greater price. I called and was told by the manager to come in and recieve the proper items, but when I went in on the different day, no one had any idea about what I was talking about. Disappointing customer service all around besides that younger blonde lady handing out orders inside the front lobby.
