Two Step
I ordered a vanilla milkshake a large coffee and a McDouble with skip the dishes. The milkshake was watery and I was provided with no straw. I've ordered McDoubles more times than I can count in the past with an extra patty and I rarely ever get the extra patty I order even though I paid for it. This McDonald's is terrible in my opinion.

Waited for like 20 mins for my online order. And I had to ask their staff “where is my food “ otherwise they just totally forgot about my order. The reason they gave me is they were looking for me in another area? I was like you told me to park at no.2 and I was there the whole time? Very unprofessional service
I used the drive through this morning on the way to an appointment, so was unable to return. I ordered the sausage McMuffin meal. Coffee tasted old and burnt. It was suppose to be a double/double, but there was no sugar. Just threw it out. I did not receive the hash brown and my sandwich was cold and stale. Not deserving of any stars! Very disappointed!!

When I say I want extra pickles I mean it. I got two burgers tonight and both of them with only two pickles on them? And I also like extra ketchup and there was barely any on each of my burgers.. whoever was working tonight doesn’t understand what extra pickles and ketchup means.. I love McDonald’s but I don’t like when I get disappointed..
