Solid bacon cubes are also known as pork belly bites and burnt ends. Pork belly slows cooked and drenched in house barbeque sauce - they melt in your mouth literally.
Armadillo Egg & Smash Fries 1/4lb Each Plus After the Cook
A next-level jalapeno popper - with a special recipe cream cheese filling wrapped entirely in a 1/4 pound of ground pork then wrapped in bacon and slow cooked until the bacon is perfectly done - finished on the charbroiler in a boiling bbq sauce bath.
Chicken & Waffle Bowl (Kids Love It) (One Size)
The entire dish is served in a savory seasoned waffle bowl. That's right you can even eat the bowl. We then add smashed potato fries and our own house-made chicken gravy - top it off with 3 chicken fingers it tastes just like Thanksgiving.
Pulled Pork Poutine
Our 10-hour slow-cooked pork butts are shredded by hand removing most fatty parts so it's all meat no gristle - we place a 1/4 lb of pulled pork on top of your poutine and then smother it in our house bbq sauce.

Start off by cooking our taco beef and then we take spoonfuls and wrap it in a wonton wrapper for that deep-fried golden brown taco or nacho taste, incredible yumminess finished with sour cream and green onion comes with salsa upon request
Jumbo All Beef - Slotdog & Tornado Potato
A 100% all beef hotdog cooked on the char broiler and topped the way you want it. The hotdog is cut in a way that will help you hold your toppings way better. Who knew this could bring a hotdog to another level served with a tornado potato.

These creamer potatoes are boiled and then smashed open and then deep fried to crispy rolled in garlic butter and then seasoned like home fries. You will never eat fries the same way again.
Deep Fried Pickle Spears (6 pcs)
These dill pickle spears are a crowd favorite when our supplier has them we stock them right up. They are battered in a seasoned crispy breading and we serve you 6 large spears. Careful sniffing the box it will steal your breath for a moment lol.
Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings (No Breading)
We are talking about a large ring of onion wrapped tightly with full strips of bacon - served with 1 dip of your choice - you will never eat onion rings the old fashion way again.
Smash Potato Poutine (Mini Whole Potato's)
These creamer potatoes are boiled and then smashed flat and then deep fried to crispy and seasoned when done. We use real st. Alberts cheese curds and top generously with our house-made chicken gravy. Mmmmmmmm poutine.

I've had the smoked pork , the brisket burger and the smash burger and they have all been above beyond a five star ! Theese guys really know what they are doing when it come to smoked meats 🍖 I highly recommend this family run business when it comes to quality food ! Try them out you will not be disappointed!!

I had a Brisket Burger! It was literally the most tender burger I’ve ever eaten in my entire life … I didn’t put any condiments on it because why would you want to taste anything else? Literally heaven on a bun! Tender brisket a roasted onion slice or three and a nice juicy thick piece of yummy bbq’d bacon . My mouth is watering as I describe this burger because I remember every juicy bite… I can’t wait to eat more of this restaurant’s delicious food!!!

Ive been here a few times not and if I'm early enough I get the breakfast poutine and it is the best breakfast poutine I've had do far. And the brisket burger is also the best burger I've tried in southern ontario. Highly recommend this place to any meat lover.
