The restaurant is so late on giving orders. I have to wait for almost an hour to get my order. Would not recommend it to anyone else .

Too claustrophobic at Sunfest, so our family decided to visit Meltwich for a snack. When we arrived, we noticed 1 girl working alone, as we were ordering, the amount of Uber orders coming through was astounding!!
Regardless, we were served promptly, and barely waited for our food. Shout out to Monica for working so hard and making our first experience amazing! Give this girl a raise!

Ordered the Southern chicken. Only thing that made it southern was my contempt for it as a northener.. nothing about this was tasty, very disappointed ☹️. Don't get it unless you want two little chicken strips inside two pieces or bread and hot salad in the mix

Last night at Meltwich, I experienced something that really touched my heart. The place was busy, only one staff member was working, but he handled everything so professionally and with a smile. When I ordered, he noticed my name and thoughtfully asked if I was okay with the bacon in my burger, respecting my religion without me even mentioning it. In such a busy moment, this small act of care meant so much to me. The food was amazing, but the kindness was even better. Thank you Meltwich for having such wonderful staff ❤️

Been here two times. The wait was 45 minutes the first time for two burgers. The second time was over an hour. They staff a single person on a Saturday night. Avoid at all costs unless you want to wait over an hour for a half decent burger
Been going to melt witch for the last 7 years or so, the most delicious late night food. I accidentally ordered a Philly cheesesteak tonight instead of the Mac and cheese steak but by the time I had called them the order was ready to be picked up and could no longer be updated in my uber eats app. The man apologized he could not upgrade it, which I thought was perfectly reasonable. But then! My man calls me back and tells me Mac and cheese is on the way (courtesy). God Bless

Great sandwiches, decent drinks selection. Great 2010s pop playlist, atmosphere ideal for a casual meal with friends. One downside is that there was only one employee who was inundated with uber eats orders so service was quite slow. He did his best though, this was on a Saturday evening, so maybe hire one more employee at least for peak hours? Otherwise, loved the food and will be back on a sunny day for the patio seating.
