I wanted to mention the incredible service that I was given. They brought the cake out for me and packed it into my car and gave me an extra treat as a thank you/birthday gift, it made my day. Incredibly kind workers and a great experience!

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon Merla Mae during a road trip detour and ended up staying over an hour. Not just for the amazing ice cream but because of the vibe. People chatting kids laughing music playing it was the perfect stop. It felt like we were in a small town movie scene. Totally spontaneous and now one of our favourite memories.

The shop is serving a very good ice cream with wide variety of flavors and shapes to satisfy the customers. Even you like your ice cream to be in cub, waffle or to be a milk shake, all are available and served in a very good way. The staff are friendly and provide a fast service I enjoyed my 2 scoops one of them was maple/ nuts and the other one peanut butter flavored. It is a recommended place.

This place is the best I've cream in London hands down!! Great service great owner! My parents used to take me here after baseball when I was a kid and now at 41 I get to take my girls! All the same classics with tons of new milkshakes and cone combinations! THANK YOU we love this place!

My #1 is the Fudge Crunch Sundae ā warm fudgy brownie, creamy vanilla, chocolate crunch, hot fudge drizzleā¦ WOW DELICIOUS!! Runner-up? Raspberry Cheesecake Sundae with cheesecake sauce, cheesecake chunks, and juicy raspberries.
Premium and absolutely worth it. Not even comparable to DQ or others - you can taste the difference. Indulgent. 100% worth it. This isnāt just ice creamā¦ itās an EXPERIENCE! āØ
