All beef are tendon and can barely bite, like have been ate the good parts by someone else. Bad quality and mean service. You can get better with the same price like gyubee and daldognae. Last time I had diarrhea after eating it, and this time my friend feels like throwing up. For anyone looking at this, you deserve better. The server said we didn’t finish the meat, of course you can’t eat it after you tried how awful it is. If you order but you didn’t even tried, that means you’re wasting; if you tried and didn’t finish, that’s means the restaurant is wasting the food.

So happy we found this place!! The sushi menu is smaller than most AYCE places, but that’s understandable for the menu offering the bbq.
THE BEST SALMON SASHIMI I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
I wished we had tried more of the menu, but we could not stop eating sashimi, pork belly and marinated brisket!!
Already planning the next visit

I’ve been to Miku a couple of times when they first opened. The quality of their food was distinguished and their customer service was excellent.
I recently visited the restaurant, and noticed almost immediately the decline in the quality of their food and customer service. Some of the rolled sushi came out frozen, which means they must have been sitting on ice for a while waiting to be reserved. Also, the taste of the sashimi was deplorable. I’m not expecting tier 1 grade sashimi, but the standards are non-existent at this point. Finally, we received a batch of our order immediately and then had to wait 20 minutes for the remaining food to come out, at which point we were already full. The delay was mostly for the beef, and had it been because they needed a fresh batch, I would have understood. But, the remaining beef came out cold, which means they probably just forgot to bring that part of the order out (after having reminded them twice).
At no point during this experience was the tardiness, and lack of customer service acknowledged. For a restaurant that charges $50+/person for dinner, you would expect better.

One of the server was rude. Just tossing out the plates in front of us loudly. Walked away without even apologizing while I was asking her. Food was okay, but the service? Nah! Too racist I would say.

Excellent food, quality, and taste. I ordered a party tray for my dad as a gift since I do not live in the city and they delivered it with a Father's day note as I wanted and they gave him dessert as an additional gift. Thank you!

Food was just OK, Kani salad had mushy avocado in it. Rice wasn’t hot
Decor is “busy” and gaudy!

This was my second visit to Miku Japanese Grill, and it definitely won’t be my last! The sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the variety of grilled items was amazing, so many options to choose from. All the beef dishes were perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Great quality and consistent service. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Japanese BBQ and fresh seafood!

**Review for Miku Japanese Grill**
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Miku Japanese Grill, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an atmosphere that was simply next level. The ambiance was vibrant, yet calming, complemented by a carefully curated selection of music that set the perfect mood for a delightful meal.
The food was absolutely delicious! Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. The flavors were well-balanced, and it was evident that a lot of care went into crafting each meal. The clean grills added to the overall impression of quality and attention to detail.
One highlight of my visit was the staff. They were not only friendly but also radiated a sense of joy that was infectious. I noticed the team humming along with the music, which added a personal touch to the dining experience. Their attentive service made us feel welcomed and valued, turning our meal into a true celebration.
Moreover, the value was excellent! Given the quality of the food and the overall experience, I found the prices to be very reasonable. Miku Japanese Grill truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return and enjoy another meal in this wonderful setting. Literally flew in from a vacation in Cuba.
Wanted to finally have something good to eat to break the streak of eating bland mediocre food for the past week. Was excited to try the beef Teryaki rice bowls for takeout with the wife.
Holy crap, I might as well have stayed in Cuba and tipped some poor person 44$. I cook allot of Asian food and this was bar none the worst Teryaki experience we've ever had. Literally 2 tablespoons of rice, beef that was sad and dry, the vegetables where just steamed with no seasoning and zero teryaki sauce to be tasted or seen.
Jesus, this reminded me of eating hospital or prison food. For crying out loud, the bag of peanuts i ate on the flight had more flavor.
These guys need to do better and just delete the Teryaki off their menu.
Thanks for the horrible dinner!

Food is great, can’t go wrong with cooking the meat yourself. But when it comes to the Dynamite Rolls (Sushi/sashimi in general) it had below ground quality. Dynamite had shrimp inside which came to me raw, biting into watery raw shrimp, it has its colour on the outside but it’s not properly cooked throughly when fried. Service was horrible too, gave us attitude when seating, and didn’t apologize when I asked for the food to be thrown out. Another thing is that they were blasting music the entire time, there’s no audio control, it goes from decent proper volumes to full blasting bass. Also forced a 10% tip for no reason, service did not deserve it.
