I really enjoyed my experience at Milestones. We walked in and immediately received a table. The server was kind. The food came out fairly quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was especially considering the cost! It was delicious. My friends and I each ordered a different meal, and we all commented that we loved our food.

Came to this location for a family lunch, and for the most part we had a wonderful experience! The food was tasty, our server was pleasant and checked on us often, and overall the vibe of this establishment was very cozy and quaint.
I had the mediterranean chicken and really enjoyed it, and for the most part the remainder of my family enjoyed their meals as well — the downside for us was that we received a salmon that was essentially raw. The managers were very accommodating, which of course was appreciated!
Overall, we all had a great meal and will likely return in the future.

We went for happy hour drinks at 9 PM, and they were really good! Unfortunately, we got the strong impression that the staff wanted us to leave. I'd hate to be the person coming in right before closing, but we were only there till around 9:20 and they close at 10. It was a bummer because the Happy Hour starts at 9 and was advertised online and on posters in the restaurant, so we thought it would be more welcoming. Our server genuinely seemed drunk too...hopefully they were just a bit tired.

DON'T COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!
I chose this location for my birthday dinner with several friends because they claim to accommodate food allergies. My friend is allergic to dairy. He called ahead to make sure they could accomodate him, showed up early to double check, and when he ordered the waitress triple checked he can have the dish. The chef himself said it was fine they would leave out the dairy. When the waitress came the food was served with a dairy sauce all over the top of it. Luckily he noticed and didn't eat it, or my birthday dinner would have abruptly ended with him in an ambulance. They remade the dish but he still didn't trust it was right so he only ate a few bites. This was extremely disappointing for all of us. I picked this restaurant for a reason and they failed. Imagine if it had been a child that didn't check if it was safe. These are people's lives you are messing with. I won't be back to this location.

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars for atmosphere is the noise level inside which I get because its wide open but when its busy its hard to get into a conversation so you have to speak up. When everyone else is speaking up it gets louder and louder.

Some friends and I visited this restaurant last night for a birthday dinner. While the food was absolutely outstanding, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of our server, who was extremely rude throughout the evening. We chose to leave her a cash tip to ensure she personally received it, but when we paid our bills she remarked, “The tip is not included in the meal,” which felt both unnecessary and uncomfortable. This came across as disrespectful and left a very negative impression. At a restaurant of this caliber, I expect a much higher standard of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
We go to Milestones in Masonville every weekend and cannot say good enough about people working there. We had the pleasure of knowing Brandon (General Manager) last time we were there and he did an amazing job , making sure we are happy with food and service. Highly recommend Masonville branch to everyone who is looking for a great place to enjoy time and food with family.

Stopped in after a reverse shopping trip needed a pick me up...amazing hostess gave a full description of the restaurant the most helpful washroom location lol Great waitress kept my water glass full. The California salad that came with the burger was perfect will be back to have just the salad. The burger that accompanied the salad was great cooked well with a lovely soft bun. Had dessert the apple crisp heated with ice cream was delicious unfortunately I couldn't finish. Great clean friendly restaurant with reasonable prices. Sorry I couldn't try a drink but was driving Will definitely be back for the California salad

We have eaten at this particular Milestones several times, however; this meal was disappointing from start to finish. There were hardly any people in the restaurant being a Sunday of a long weekend, so I can't blame it on them being busy. We waited for our meals and everyone got theirs all at once, which was good but my husband did not get the seafood chowder that he ordered. They brought the soup only after being reminded he didn't get it. He got a soup that tasted more like a beef soup than a seafood chowder. His main meal got cold as he ate the soup. The steak sandwich was so tough, the meat pulled out of the sandwich, and it was a messy situation. Portion sizes were smaller than I recall in the past. It just wasn't the best meal we've had there. I wish I could have written a better review but we were disappointed.
