We go to Milestones in Masonville every weekend and cannot say good enough about people working there. We had the pleasure of knowing Brandon (General Manager) last time we were there and he did an amazing job , making sure we are happy with food and service. Highly recommend Masonville branch to everyone who is looking for a great place to enjoy time and food with family.

Stopped in after a reverse shopping trip needed a pick me up...amazing hostess gave a full description of the restaurant the most helpful washroom location lol Great waitress kept my water glass full. The California salad that came with the burger was perfect will be back to have just the salad. The burger that accompanied the salad was great cooked well with a lovely soft bun. Had dessert the apple crisp heated with ice cream was delicious unfortunately I couldn't finish. Great clean friendly restaurant with reasonable prices. Sorry I couldn't try a drink but was driving Will definitely be back for the California salad

We have eaten at this particular Milestones several times, however; this meal was disappointing from start to finish. There were hardly any people in the restaurant being a Sunday of a long weekend, so I can't blame it on them being busy. We waited for our meals and everyone got theirs all at once, which was good but my husband did not get the seafood chowder that he ordered. They brought the soup only after being reminded he didn't get it. He got a soup that tasted more like a beef soup than a seafood chowder. His main meal got cold as he ate the soup. The steak sandwich was so tough, the meat pulled out of the sandwich, and it was a messy situation. Portion sizes were smaller than I recall in the past. It just wasn't the best meal we've had there. I wish I could have written a better review but we were disappointed.

We stepped out to celebrate our Lil one's first birthday 🎂 and after a couple of search and reviews on Google Map, we decided to book a reservation on OpenTable. The process of booking the reservation and getting our table at the restaurant was quite easy. I was bothered that the restaurant might not be kid-friendly but that wasn't the case. The atmosphere was quite energetic, with different groups have conversations and enjoying their time there. It was an ambience of laughter and the evening sun playing beautifully across the restaurant. The service was great too, not too overwhelming but the exact amount of attention needed. I had already looked up the menu and knew exactly what I wanted but I couldn't find a drinks menu online, so had to take some time to decide. We eventually when for the strawberry coconut which was really good. I had the non-alcoholic one and enjoyed it. We ordered the breaded chicken and chips from the kids menu for the kiddo and buffalo wings for starters. We had the Ramen bowls (Korean beef and Chicken respectively) for our mains and enjoyed it. I would say the only concern is had was (spiciness)due to my personal preference.
The restaurant is located in the Masonville Square Mall, around the corner from the Cinema. I had a great experience and would definitely come back again.
Came with my family (mostly Black) after walking from the hospital my grandma was having surgery. Thomas the supervisor told us a booth was reserved, but it stayed empty for 2 hours. Our server was great and reviled to us there was no reservation. Felt like we were lied to because of our race. Food was bad. Never coming back.

Milestones never disappoints! great food, great service! I typically get one of their fabulous salads and add a protein. So good! My one recommendation would be to bring a sweater as it's typically quite cool in the restaurant, especially in the summer months!

Milestones is usually a hit. I always enjoy their use of garlic. This is not necessarily one of the nicer Milestones, being in a mall and some different window structure vibe, but we had a great meal with great service!
