There is no option for zero so i had to choose 1, went to pick up uber order and asked them if i can use washroom they said its just for customers.. what a bad mentality and for service -1 you guys dont even deserve positive letting someone use washroom is not a big deal and you made it a big deal .. what a service

Ordered from Uber eats , teriyaki chicken was bland , teriyaki didn’t taste authentic was kinda watery from sprouts( I get this dish a lot at different places), also not enough sauce , could use more rice! , got more sprouts then rice it was like 17.99 pretty expensive, sorry to say the teriyaki chicken is cheaper and higher quality at “Wasabi grill& noodles “at white oaks mall. I also bought Unagi Donburi which is eel over rice , that was pretty tasty! but the eel was mushier/softer then I liked , and was kinda thin pieces but u get a fair amount , it was 21 ish dollars .. pricy but to be expected for bbq eel anywhere.
I also wish they serve the teriyaki on rice instead of separating ingredients, makes it harder to eat everything togeather and coat the sauce equally,like u normally would see at places , mine was served like a bento with separate sections.

I got this via delivery. I really didn’t like anything we ordered. I was really hoping to like this place since it came highly recommended to me. Very bland flavours, not good quality fish & they up charge for basic things like spicy mayo on the roll.
