We went for the first time during the Londonlicious event a couple months ago and returned again for another wonderful meal. Jully remembered us and what we had before! Very friendly and generous service, along with authentic Japanese decor and atmosphere, we loved trying a little bit of everything. The pork belly was particularly delightful!

So far the best Japanese Izakaya in the neighborhood. Right now their Londonlicious deal is the top notch. Jully was super nice.Nice people, nice vibe, nice food. 10/10try their niku udon and kushikatsu.

The best londonlicious menu I have tried so far!! We have tried bulgogi and niku noodle which were SOOO delicious!! Appetizers and drinks included in the course menu were also very delicious!! Will definitely go back again for skewers next time

A new “ish” addition to our neighborhood occupying the space which last hosted Poco Lobo (another great spot we miss). We had been meaning to visit for a few months now and when we noticed they had a Londonlicious offer we decided to give it go for our anniversary dinner. I could say in a word “excellent” and end there, however I will briefly summarize why we were so impressed; the value of their special menu is a great offering and especially at a time where people are looking for a better value. The special menu has a great mix of elements in either a vegetarian or a meat selection and with a starter, main, dessert and alcoholic drink for as low as $30 you can’t go wrong. This is an attractive offering to introduce you to how great their food is and it delivers on all fronts: taste, presentation, service and ambience…. exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff and a warm inviting decor. They are not cutting corners on the menu, and they are trying hard to earn your patronage. Definitely reserve a spot, and consider a lunch visit as it may be less busy (though once the word gets out maybe not). We will definitely recommend to friends and will absolutely return.

What a cute new restaurant in Wortley, with delicious food and very prompt service. Every dish we had was very tasty. We had gyoza (so moist and flavourful) and Karaage chicken (crisp and crunchy) to start. Would definitely get the Gyoza again! For mains we had Braised pork belly which comes with rice. This was so tasty and delicious! We also really enjoyed the Beef Bulgogi with rice. We would order the Braised Pork Belly again. I need to learn how to make this at home. We also ordered the Set 1 of the Katsu. Yum! Not greasy, great crunch on the coating. The teriyaki dipping sauce was too heavy on the vinegar. So I just used the mayo tartar dip. Our server was eager and very fast and food came out very quickly. The decor is really cute inside. The kpop music was a bit much and a bit too loud and distracting. But overall, we loved our time here and would return! Definitely a great new gem in the area

They even gave me a free shot of sake to celebrate which was so generous! It was my first time there but I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family! Well done!
Happened upon this great restaurant on the weekend. Food was fresh and very tasty! Love the decor. Staff very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to eating here again next time I’m in London.
Cozy oriental atmosphere, good beer, kawaii waitress and raw fish! What more could you want from this JAUNT in the wonderful streets of London. SEGOI SEGOI I said to my kawaii doll of a waitress as I stuffed my Diabetic mouth with raw tuna! I gave her a $20 tip.5 stars!!!!

So glad to have two great Japanese restaurants in Wortley (do check out Roll Roll, owned by the same folks, if you haven't). The Chicken Karaage in particular was exceptional. Beautiful inside and it's run by the nicest people ever. We came in for dinner last Saturday and it's not a bad idea to make a reservation as seating is pretty limited.
Everything was phenomenal! The atmosphere was lovely, apps and food were delicious, beer was fresh, service was friendly, and I loved the JPOP radio! We felt like we were in Japan for the night :)
