Moxies London Downtown Restaurant

I had a great meal her how ever was horrified with the cost of parking behind the restaurant. It was more than my meal. Find somewhere else to park if going to this establishment.

The server was super sweet and the manager was extremely attentive. They both helped us move tables when our party grew in size and the manager came over to answer some questions my friend had

Had a reservation to not sit at the lounge/bar area but was placed there anyways. Waitress at the end was super nice.

Have been to Moxies many times and never disappointed by the service, food, and experience.

Always such a great experience here. The food is perfect eveytime and our servers are so attentive and friendly. We love coming here any day of the week and will always return happily. Feel so welcome and it's a great vibe. Kate, our a server this past visit was wonderful too! Cheers to many more great nights like these here

A wonderful place with tasty food, but smaller portions for the higher price tag paid. Overall however the food tasted great and the mocha pie was really good.

The vibe is great and very trendy.

Services was hit-and-miss. Waited and wasn’t acknowledged for 5+ minutes to be seated, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Also waited over 20 minutes for a water refill, which came lukewarm.

Drink we ordered was tasty, but the glassware needs some tlc. Not dirty, but very scratched up.

​My recent visit to Moxies with my wife was an absolute delight, and it was the exceptional hospitality that truly made the evening unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth that set a positive tone for the entire meal.
​Our server, Hailey, was a amazing to us along with her trainee Lily. She guided us through the menu with ease, offering excellent recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes. She was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs without being intrusive, and her seamless service ensured a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Lily seemed eager to learn, incredibly friendly, and already demonstrated a natural talent for customer service. It was clear that Hailey was a wonderful mentor, and the way she patiently guided Lily showed a commitment to excellence that is rare to find.
​The pinnacle of our experience was the interaction with the manager, Angus. He made excellent recommendations, comped our bill to assist with parking expenses and circulated the dining room with a genuine smile, taking the time to connect with guests. He stopped by our table to ensure everything was to our liking, and it was clear he took immense pride in his team and the restaurant. His leadership was evident in the seamless operation and the positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
​The food at Moxies was, as always, delicious. But what will bring us back again and again is the stellar team. The trio of Angus, Hailey, and Lily exemplified what truly excellent customer service is all about. They didn't just serve us a meal; they provided a truly memorable and welcoming experience for my wife's birthday. Huge thanks to them for a fantastic evening and if you haven't yet defiantly take the time to check them out, you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I stopped in here for dinner on our wedding anniversary (August 6, 2025). They have a very attractive outdoor area, but we were a little warm from sightseeing so we decided to dine inside.

The vibe inside is very attractive; I'll call it techno chic, (think lots of glass, dimly lit with nice accent lighting).

I had a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich was good. The fries came with gravy! I loved the fries and gravy! My wife had the Short Rib Beef Dip with Sweet Potato Fries. Her sandwich was excellent.

Service was friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back here if I'm ever in London again.
