Friendly staff. Very welcoming. I found the pricing reasonable. Size of pretzel was huge. Defiantly worth trying it. I tried their Toscana and Nepolitano really good. It’s located inside the West mount mall.

Mr pretzel is always good, always consistent and great service. I had a salted pretzel with cream cheese and it was very good, the only thing I didn't like was the cream cheese comes in tiny little Philadelphia containers but big whoop, this location and the one in white Oaks mall are both great.

Ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzel. Very sugary but big pretzel size. Sugar got all over my fingers lol. Prices have gone up since it's opened. Should've stayed at $3 instead of going up to $5

The pretzels here are too expensive for the amount you’re given. Good but too expensive. On top of that out of all the mall pretzel places I’ve been to this is the only one I’ve had to buy the cheese which I think is funny because nobody in their right mind would eat one of these things plain.
Every time I go there on my lunch break, there is never 1 pretzel made. They say 10 mins, but you go back and its still not done. I ask for a refund and the cashier doesn't know how to put it back on my debit card.
