I prefer Mr. Sub over Subway, and I drive a bit of a distance to go to Mr. Sub. The bread was fresh, and the toppings are generous and also fresh! The staff member that served me was pleasant, friendly and completed my order efficiently! Definitely recommend!

Ordered from here last night through Uber Eats and they barely put any toppings on our subs. I ordered the rib sub and the amount of rib meat they put on is embarrassing. I also asked for extra pickles and they put maybe 4 pickles on the entire sub. I could tell as soon as I was handed the bag that the subs felt light. I would have never allowed that if I was picking it up myself but seems like they are trying to cut down on costs when you order through delivery services.

The employee clearly no idea what she is doing. Doesn't no how to cut a bun. Doesn't know how to neatly put veg in, let alone fresh veg. No hair net! Hair not tidy, yep we found hair in our sub. The place is always a disaster. No staff to clean it? Every time we go to this location we are more and more disappointed.

Tomatoes are soggy, lettuce was brown, staff not willing to grab another thing of lettuce out when asked by customer, counters were dirty, messy where making subs and around cash was filthy. Very poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere was dirty, floors, tables — everywhere. Will not attend this location again. Do not recommend it at all.

My dad entered this location with my younger nephew, when he asked how the girl was she turned around and snapped at him in front of my young nephew and then expected him to be nice after the fact. Disgusting customer service. Won’t be returning

Slowest service I have ever seen. Only one person ahead of us, and two workers at the sub. It took 15 mins to make a sub and loaded tots. It doesn’t make a lot of sense given the ingredients are right infront of them and no actual cooking is needed. Also ingredients that fell out of the sub on the counter was stuffed back in the sub for the customer ahead of us.
They also cheap out on meat, not worth your money or time.
We stopped by Mr. Sub shortly after 8pm. Getting to this location is normally a nightmare thanks to the sea of potholes and a strip mall that clearly doesn’t prioritize its businesses. Tonight was a bit better—fewer potholes, but still a lot of broken glass and ceramic around. The parking lot isn’t well maintained, and with poor lighting and dark corners, it doesn’t feel especially safe. Honestly, I’d be concerned for anyone—especially women—working here alone at night. That said, this isn’t Mr. Sub’s fault, but it does affect the overall experience.
Inside, the restaurant was empty (no surprise at this hour), but surprisingly clean and presentable considering only one staff member was working. She was kind, sweet, and even joked with us—really made the visit pleasant.
Topping selection was okay—not bad, but a few items looked like they'd been sitting out longer than ideal. Bathrooms were decent but could use a refresh.
All in all, a good visit. Thanks, Mr. Sub. You’re still better than Subway in my book.

We have ordered here a lot through ubereats, but the last few times have been really disappointing. Not very many toppings, (1 slice of tomato and a tiny bit of lettuce) and totally didn't put the banana peppers requested. Will be avoiding this location from now on.
