Slowest service I have ever seen. Only one person ahead of us, and two workers at the sub. It took 15 mins to make a sub and loaded tots. It doesn’t make a lot of sense given the ingredients are right infront of them and no actual cooking is needed. Also ingredients that fell out of the sub on the counter was stuffed back in the sub for the customer ahead of us.
They also cheap out on meat, not worth your money or time.

We stopped by Mr. Sub shortly after 8pm. Getting to this location is normally a nightmare thanks to the sea of potholes and a strip mall that clearly doesn’t prioritize its businesses. Tonight was a bit better—fewer potholes, but still a lot of broken glass and ceramic around. The parking lot isn’t well maintained, and with poor lighting and dark corners, it doesn’t feel especially safe. Honestly, I’d be concerned for anyone—especially women—working here alone at night. That said, this isn’t Mr. Sub’s fault, but it does affect the overall experience.
Inside, the restaurant was empty (no surprise at this hour), but surprisingly clean and presentable considering only one staff member was working. She was kind, sweet, and even joked with us—really made the visit pleasant.
Topping selection was okay—not bad, but a few items looked like they'd been sitting out longer than ideal. Bathrooms were decent but could use a refresh.
All in all, a good visit. Thanks, Mr. Sub. You’re still better than Subway in my book.

We have ordered here a lot through ubereats, but the last few times have been really disappointing. Not very many toppings, (1 slice of tomato and a tiny bit of lettuce) and totally didn't put the banana peppers requested. Will be avoiding this location from now on.

Order the 4 sub deal They barely speak English She asked if I wanted it toasted and slammed 4 subs on the grill they barely got heated And a pizza sub should have pizza sauce On top they are rootless when you call them to complain Avoid this place if you can This isn’t India sorry

When asked for the owner, mahim said I’m the manager: instead of apologizing for putting pork in my food he said “you are making excuses” I’m sorry? Excuses for what? I didn’t even ask him to remake anything and this was all over the call. What a trash manager
I paid $11 something today for a small turkey sub that consisted of just 2 extremely thin slices of turkey. Now I do not believe this is the norm because I frequent the downtown Mr.Sub a lot and I’ve never gotten such a meek amount of turkey. I had to double the meat (4 slices of barely hanging on by a thread turkey) and paid an additional 2.50 for it. Service was nice and atmosphere was clean and all but what the hell kind of portion is that for the rate they charge?

We often visit this location after my son's play at City Wide for Football... We got 4 subs toasted tonight, I was initially impressed they fit all 4 on at once! Ive never seen another mr.sub do that, it's always one at a time. When we got home we understood why it's not good! None of the subs are grilled, they are basically like they would be if we didn't grill them! My son's have been playing at City wide for 2 years and I'll now go to Dorchester mr.sub on my way home!

I had to ask for everything from napkins to straws, the girl at the counter stopped midstream through my order to go say HI to friends who just come in.
