Went there for their customer appreciation day yesterday around 4pm. It was busy because of the 2 for 1 deal, BUT they had extra staff so it moved quickly! I'm writing this review because the owner & his daughter were both present working ( the daughter even making the subs in the line!) The place was clean, ingredients fresh and the quickness and friendliness of the staff on what was a VERY BUSY DAY justifies a 5 Star 🌟 review!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced.. the lady that help us was lipping off the Uber driver right Infront of us and the other lady wasn’t even friendly when she cashed us out. I definitely won’t be back at this location didn’t feel welcomed at all

Abdul please instill into your staff that even when you're not there your staff needs to actually listen to customers when they say what they want.
Went in for a large sub of day & a large cold cut and when the lady asked lettuce, tomato, cheese on both we said yes and she proceeded to put onions on one of the subs. Good thing was paying attention but that's an example of cross contamination and needs to be made aware that's not okay.

Every time I visit, she prepares my sub with such care and precision—it’s always perfect. she takes pride in what she does, and it reflects in the quality of her work. The owner skimps and overcharges. I've been going here for years and I've noticed a trend. If I go in when the older gentleman with the moustache is working, who I believe is the owner, I get worse value for my money. My go-to sandwich is a super-sized pizza sub which according to every other location gets 4 pieces of cheese and 20 slices of meat. The owner at this location only puts 2 pieces of cheese and several times has put only 18 slices of meat. When called on it, he'll begrudingly add one more piece of cheese which is still less than the 'double cheese and meat' advertised by the super-size option. The pizza sub is also consider a classic sub on their menu, which should be $8.99 according to the sign on their door. Every employee gets this right, but the owner always charges the $9.39 menu price. Will the 40 cents break the bank? No, but it is deceitful.
It's still my favourite sub so I'll probably keep going but if I have the option for any other location besides this one, I will go out of my way to take it. And honestly you should too.
I had Puneet serve me, I was taking a bit longer than usual as I was grabbing a sub for my pregnant wife(want to make sure its right lol). And she was very understanding and didnt rush me. The sub she made was best(as my wife said).
The service I got was very friendly and customer oriented. Making this Mr Sub as my go to spot for the time im in London.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was our first time visiting this location and the woman working was incredible! She showed lots of patience while I took forever looking at the menu, made good suggestions, made conversation and gave great customer service! ? food was also bomb!

Owner and staff are friendly, tables and chairs were clean. What's not to like?!
My kids and I really like it here.
Vegetarian options: Menu has veggie option. They were very fresh when we visited.
Kid-friendliness: Staff obviously have kids, very friendly and caring. Next to Marla Mae too! Kids also like that
