why be weird about giving out free birthday subs when u run a franchise that runs that promotion. giving nasty looks and degrading the experience when it’s literally someone’s birthday. close it down then or learn how to run a business properly.

Recently came here and the older gentlemen with the moustache was making my sub. I noticed a few pieces of lettuce that had gone bad he was putting on my sub and I asked to have it removed. He then proceeded to go on a lecture about how its lettuce regardless. He also is a bit stingy with toppings and sauces. Sadly, will not be returning.

Went there for their customer appreciation day yesterday around 4pm. It was busy because of the 2 for 1 deal, BUT they had extra staff so it moved quickly! I'm writing this review because the owner & his daughter were both present working ( the daughter even making the subs in the line!) The place was clean, ingredients fresh and the quickness and friendliness of the staff on what was a VERY BUSY DAY justifies a 5 Star 🌟 review!
Worst service I’ve ever experienced.. the lady that help us was lipping off the Uber driver right Infront of us and the other lady wasn’t even friendly when she cashed us out. I definitely won’t be back at this location didn’t feel welcomed at all

Abdul please instill into your staff that even when you're not there your staff needs to actually listen to customers when they say what they want.
Went in for a large sub of day & a large cold cut and when the lady asked lettuce, tomato, cheese on both we said yes and she proceeded to put onions on one of the subs. Good thing was paying attention but that's an example of cross contamination and needs to be made aware that's not okay.
