Dropped in on the way to London Hospital for our favorite subs! My elderly mother and I , July 4th 2025 at approximately 1 30 pm walked into the mr sub. A middle aged woman was working on an online order. She didnt make eye contact with us and she never looked up. We were not greeted at all. The young woman came to wait on us however no hello, no hi! My mother wanted a tuna sub and she let her know it would be awhile for tuna. Fine we would wait for the tuna. She returned about 5 mins later with tuna.. again still no smile no greeting from the other woman working. I told her what I wanted and let her know I wanted a sub on one kind of bread.. she didnt say we don't have that kind but instead pointed to the sign of whats available at this location! This lady was rude and didnt even smile at us or say thank you. I was very polite and not once did this young woman say you're welcome! This was my 3rd or 4th visit to this location for a sub. I've never seen these two working there before ever.. this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at Mr Sub in any of the many ive visited! There was no language barrier these ladies were both Canadians! There was no excuse for this customer service! Clearly neither one likes their job! Unfortunately I will never recommend this place to anyone again! Smile and greet your customers! It's not hard to do!

Stopped in to get a sub with my mom and the young man who was working was amazing! He was just finishing up with another customer who was very rude making him a little shaken up. When it was our turn to order we told him to take a minute we are in no rush. While he was making our order the previous customer came back to yell at him asking for the manager and getting him all upset again. He provided great customer service and made our subs perfect! It's unfortunate that some customers like to make the workers feel overwhelmed. Please tell him thank you, it's never easy to stay focused while having a rude customer interrupt other customers time. He did say he only had 2 weeks left, we wish him the best on his future endeavours.

Love there subs and love there pickles can't get enough of the pickles wow so good . But one thing they put to much roast beef
Good clean Mr sub. Much better than the one on commissioners in London.

Girl working there gets annoyed by you asking questions and just hates the fact that you are there to order a sub. So rude and unwelcoming for absolutely no reason. Gives so much attitude without anything to prompt such a reaction. Maybe she was having a bad or off day but completely unacceptable customer service.

I was there July 12 all was good but I was there at 8:10 and she could not grill my sub because there was cleaner on the grill, I think that the grill should cleaned a little closer to 9, other than that thumbs
