Wow – the food at Mucho Burrito on Richmond Street is absolutely amazing! We’ve ordered from them several times for our work events, and they never disappoint. The quality, flavor, and freshness of the food is consistently top-notch.
What really stands out, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely go above and beyond to make sure our orders are just right. With a large group of coworkers, many of whom have specific customizations, it’s no small task – but the team at this location handles it effortlessly and with a smile every time.

I visited Mucho Burrito this morning, and it was a letdown from start to finish. First, the service was incredibly slow, with staff seeming disorganized and overwhelmed despite the restaurant being only moderately busy. It took far too long to place my order, and when I finally received my food, it was lukewarm at best.
The burrito itself was poorly assembled. Ingredients were unevenly distributed, and the flavor was bland—definitely not what I expected from a place specializing in burritos. The portion size was also disappointing; I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my choice to eat there.
On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Tables were sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in ages. Overall, my experience at Mucho Burrito was frustrating and far from enjoyable. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
