They are friendly. But the pizza I ordered wasn't even fully cooked plus it was paper thin for the amount they charge. Never again

I feel very disappointed. I'm from Windsor and have always loved Naples Pizza. I ordered from this London Naples a few weeks ago and had it delivered to my place in downtown London, no problem. Food was great and delivery person was prompt and friendly. When I tried to order recently, I was told that downtown is "out of their delivery zone". If that is true, then I seriously urge them to update their website to reflect this. The website literally only says "free delivery", nothing about a specific delivery zone. I also would have been willing to pay for delivery if needed, but I was not given this option. This lack of communication and transparency is very disappointing, as I genuinely like Naples pizza and was looking forward to treating myself.

I love the subs but get mad when I drive across town to find out they have closed a hour earlier then what is stated as there hours please update your hours if your not open till 12 gas is not cheap

I was quoted $95… before tax & tip.
I declined.
