I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received yesterday when purchasing a coffee capsules. Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. He failed to greet me with even a simple 'Hello'.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and will likely drive customers away. I suggest taking steps to improve your customer service

Last November, we purchased a Nespresso Vertuo. It has been nonstop problems. After multiple phone calls to their helpline, I sent it away for repair. I've had 4 phone calls since then. I've been told I should run the cleaning cycle after every 7 cups of coffee. I've asked to have it replaced and have been told that my maintenance is the problem. As the year warranty is about to expire, I will have to buy my next machine from their competitors. It's a shame! I love their coffer!

I visited this location to purchase a new machine, as I wanted to update from an Original to a Vertuo. I was helped by Leo, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his unhurried manner, to explain the differences in the various models and for his suggestions for various coffee to try. He showed an exceptional degree of customer service that was greatly appreciated!

Machine don’t work wellCall and they trying to fix over the phoneBought lots of coffee and can’t use the machine waste of moneyPerson over the phone keeps trying you to by new machineNot good for business if any one need free coffee pods I have over 300 different flavours they are no use for me nowDon’t recommend to anybody nespresso
This is always my go to place whenever I need pods for my Nespresso Vertuo machine! Although it's a lot smaller in size compared to the stores in Toronto, I have never had any issues finding what I want. Every time I visit, I have a conversation with a friendly employee, ask for recommendations based on my taste, and try some samples. Love the whole experience I get from this store!
Parking: Plenty of space for parking. The closest entrance is next to Hudson's Bay.

We have had two Nespresso machines. The first one lasted about two years before it broke. The pod prices got too outrageously expensive. We now have Delonghi Magnifica which is much more environmentally friendly, more options on strength and much better quality coffee, espresso, hot water options. Over the next year it should cost us around the same as the old Nespresso/milk froth machines. No more Nespresso for us.
We are Nespresso's clients and we always have the best customer service from Leonel and Ricardo at CF Masonville Mall. My husband mentioned George Clooney probably would like to meet them as the best Nespresso's Ambassadors and Staff. Nespresso Canada should acknowledge and reward their empathy, competence and dedication!
The location is set up to look like you can sample the products. Like, try a coffee. I even went there saying we haven't bought a machine and would like to sample some. Next thing I know they're bringing boxes to me and I said, no I just want a cup, and pointed to the cups by the machines. Lady says "we don't do that here... We offer some samples to existing customers but that's all." So I have to buy a machine to taste whether I want to buy a machine. They acted like I had two heads. If you don't offer a coffee to taste, or you're going to tell me I have to be an existing customer before I'm allowed to be a customer, maybe don't set up your store to look like a walk-up cafe.
The manager of the shop, Ricardo, and his team were so dedicated to explain about the different flavors and how the machines work. It was a quite helpful and pleasurable experience. Excellent professionals!
Amazing coffee and wonderful staff. Shoutout to Leo, Ricardo and Paula! Keep up the good work.
