I went into Nespresso just to look for a specific machine and ended up having a great experience. I found out that students get discounts, which was a nice surprise.
The staff member who helped me, Pritesh, was extremely helpful. He helped me find the right machine, the exact color I was looking for, and even let me try different capsules.
Overall, it was a great experience and excellent customer service. The only downside is that the store is small and sometimes there is huge lines

We always are fortunate enough to be assisted by Emily at this location! I still remember meeting her on her first day of her job, and she has provided excellent customer service right from the beginning. She remembers my favourite coffees and always has great recommendations to suit my taste. Every visit feels like catching up with a friend and I appreciate her kindness and dedication to her job! Thanks Emily!

It's a very very small store. I can't say anything about what's available because you CANNOT browse in the store!! You HAVE to stand in line and somehow place your order. That's ridiculous! How do I find out what I might like to buy? The Nespresso store at Union Station gets 5 stars. We walked out of this store, purchasing nothing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nespresso's customer service at Masonville place. The representatives I spoke with were unprofessional, rude and lacked basic courtesy.I didn’t feel welcomed and I wasn’t provided with care or respect that a customer deserves especially from the Indian and Philippino guy.
Nespresso is a premium brand, and I expect better service to match the quality they promise. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether continuing as a customer is worth it.
I strongly urge Nespresso to invest in better training for their staff and to ensure that all representatives treat customers with respect and professionalism, reflecting Nespresso’s image.

On September 27th shortly after 17:00, I was assisted by a small male staff whose customer service was unworthy of the Nespresso brand image.
He clearly did not know the name “Original Line” instead repeatedly referring to it only as “the simple one.” When I asked to try a new capsule, he was unfriendly, silent (awkward) and walked away immediately after handing it to me.

Why does Nespresso operate boutiques, and why do customers choose to visit them? Proper training of staff is the responsibility of the store management.

I have visited Nespresso boutiques in various countries, and the staff have always been courteous, refined, and provided excellent service. I truly hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements.

The past three visits, we have been helped by Emily. She has been absolutely wonderful every time! She remembers us and some of the coffees that we like. Twice she has recommended us a new coffee to try and gave us a sample (which we have then purchased each time). Today we came in for two sleeves of solelio and pistachio, but she talked us into getting a case of pistachio to stock up before it’s gone. Then we got three other sleeves of coffee that she had recommended to us! She was also so kind today and waved the bag fee as she had talked us into more coffee and we already had a lot of stuff with a baby and a full stroller. So appreciated!

I rated service 5 star because service was excellent. The associate was kind and helpful. She informed me that there would be a .25 charge for a bag. The bags Nespresso supplies are paper and recyclable. The bag charge is unnecessary and find it extremely insulting. So much so I will give in and begin purchasing my pods at Costco. This is principle for me and Nespresso London should value their customers a little bit more than squeezing an extra quarter out of them. Disrespectful to say the least. Please do better Nespresso. I want to remain a customer.

I come here all the time, but it’s almost never a good experience. The staff are arrogant and will make you feel stupid for asking questions. They will give you attitude if you decline any promotional deals. Please do better.

I came home today to a dead nespresso coffee maker.
I contacted nespresso's chat and spoke to a gentleman that wanted to go above and beyond by shipping a new machine to me, I continued to answer his questions and once he found out I was calling from Canada, there was nothing he could do. He urged me to contact nespresso canada.
I called nespresso Canada, to whom I spoke with a nespresso employee that walked me though troubleshooting. He did declare the unit dead. Once he determined the unit was dead, he said there was nothing he could do as far as warranty goes. I asked why can the American nespresso send me a new unit but Canada can't do anything. He stated the American nespresso was probably trying to extend the warranty. I ask myself, why can't nespresso Canada do the same?
For a coffee maker that is priced higher than any other coffee pod brewer and coffee pods priced higher than any other pod manufacturer, I expected better quality.
This is the second unit I have had due to the units no longer working. Even with the special descaling kits etc. I have spoken to other people that have had these units and they said they have had the same issues and now no longer have the nespresso coffee maker in there homes.
It is really unfortunate that the same company can offer such a different customer experience.
