This is always my go to place whenever I need pods for my Nespresso Vertuo machine! Although it's a lot smaller in size compared to the stores in Toronto, I have never had any issues finding what I want. Every time I visit, I have a conversation with a friendly employee, ask for recommendations based on my taste, and try some samples. Love the whole experience I get from this store!Parking: Plenty of space for parking. The closest entrance is next to Hudson's Bay.

I stopped by today to try a coffee and learn more about the machines and the whole process of ordering pods, recycling etc etc and I have to say I was VERY impressed! Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything in so much detail.

We have had two Nespresso machines. The first one lasted about two years before it broke. The pod prices got too outrageously expensive. We now have Delonghi Magnifica which is much more environmentally friendly, more options on strength and much better quality coffee, espresso, hot water options. Over the next year it should cost us around the same as the old Nespresso/milk froth machines. No more Nespresso for us.

We are Nespresso's clients and we always have the best customer service from Leonel and Ricardo at CF Masonville Mall. My husband mentioned George Clooney probably would like to meet them as the best Nespresso's Ambassadors and Staff. Nespresso Canada should acknowledge and reward their empathy, competence and dedication!

The location is set up to look like you can sample the products. Like, try a coffee. I even went there saying we haven't bought a machine and would like to sample some. Next thing I know they're bringing boxes to me and I said, no I just want a cup, and pointed to the cups by the machines. Lady says "we don't do that here... We offer some samples to existing customers but that's all." So I have to buy a machine to taste whether I want to buy a machine. They acted like I had two heads. If you don't offer a coffee to taste, or you're going to tell me I have to be an existing customer before I'm allowed to be a customer, maybe don't set up your store to look like a walk-up cafe.

I recently visited the Nespresso Boutique at Masonville mall and was impressed by its pleasant atmosphere. I felt welcomed by knowledgeable staff who provided excellent service, assisting me in exploring their extensive selection of flavours. The array of coffee accessories available added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this Nespresso Boutique.

I ordered a nespresso vertuo next online and it stopped working the second time I used it. I called head office and they said for me to bring it back to the boutique for a quicker refund which I did and I couldn’t believe how bad the customer service was. I felt like a criminal for returning a faulty product. The person who was doing my refund acted out as if I was lying and made a point to comment that “ we sell a lot of these machines and nobody ever has these problems so I’m not sure what you are talking about that your machine didn’t work.” If you search that machine online you can clearly see that MANY people had the exact same problem that I had( machine giving descale flashing light and not brewing )I was going to purchase a new machine and had a few questions to ask about the differences between them and I was ignored and they moved on to the next person and served them instead. The whole ordeal was just weird and the people working there should not be in retail or customer service.I took my business elsewhere
