“Went last night at 11:30 for dine in, not realizing they close in only half an hour. However, the manager there had top tier excellent service, and not only allowed us to dine in, but he also had a smile on his face the whole time and walked us through all the steps. We only waited about 15 minutes for the food, and the pictures here will speak for itself. There was so much food for only $22 and it was 5/5 fantastic food and service. Manager also offered us free water and hot tea after the food which was something I haven’t seen in London before. 10/10 definitely my new go to take out/dine in place.“

“i usually go to the KW location but wanted to try this one as it's in my hometown. the food was delicious & the portion size is amazing for what you pay. the iced coffee is so delicious as well. unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired as it's very minimal and the employees are dry & short.“

“This was a delightful surprise. The food here is actually excellent, almost unexpectedly so. I expected it to taste like a run of the mill chain restaurant, but not even close. Everything tasted amazing, fresh, and robust flavor. Big shout out to Reese and the whole crew for amazing service and recommendations. The only recommendation is make is to turn the music volume down just a tiny bit, but that did not detract from the experience at all. My son and I shared some deep fried pickles which were excellent, and he had a bacon burger and I had wings. I don't think I've ever heard him say "delicious" in reference to a burger before, and my wings were fantastic. Way better than I expected for any place outside of London's most popular, but I think I liked Turtle Jack's more. Truly exceptional! They have really great deals and daily specials, live music, and games to play while you're waiting. All the staff are so lovely and friendly and have given me great service every time I've gone! I had the Pineapple Sour last night, and it was SO good! 100% recommend checking this place out whether you're looking to grab a bite to eat, or have some drinks with friends!“
