First off, the seemingly middle eastern guy who served me VERY clearly hates his job and should probably quit. He didn't ask me if I wanted any toppings on my hot dog, he had a super sour look on his face, and was just overall super unpleasant.

I used to run a food truck. I know when fried have been deep fried numerous times. These fries served to me weren't blanched, they had bad deep fried minimum 4 times. Probably 5 or 6. The cores were dense pucks instead of cloudy fries and they were VERY dark and crispy. Like I said, I've worked ran a food truck. I wouldn't have served those fries to anyone.

I regular here for my lunch breaks as an employee in the mall, the manager is always super friendly and willing to give his in-site on best menu options - even if I am a basic poutine girly, I appreciate his recommendations

I used to look for New York fries in any food court. But, this time this store completely changed my perspective. The Fries were not fresh and even Crispy or burnt may be. The toppings were not that great arranged. Should improve at-least fries freshness.

Went about 30 minutes before closing to order some fries, and was told they were out of fries. This is ridiculous because a FRY restaurant should have fries 30 minutes before closing, especially a fast food place where it takes little to no effort to make fries. Completely ridiculous

Waited almost 30 minutes to place our order and receive our food, which had the incorrect toppings on one hot dog. Additionally, the staff member making our loaded fries dropped the entire bottle of sour cream into our fries and then continued to put sour cream on the fries and serve them to us. When I point out to the employee that I had just watched her do that and it was disgusting to try and serve it she then rolled her eye and gave us terrible attitude. We choose New York fries regularly when we visit the mall, however between the extremely slow service, the incorrect toppings, food handling concerns and terrible attitude from the staff we will not be returning to this location.

Employees get really mad if you go there 20 min before they close.
And even serve you the worst fries ever. I used to live new york fries because they were always freshly made. But this location completely changed my view about the store. I am not gonna be back there ever.

The manager james is amazing. hard working, and just a genuine, caring person. He serves fantastic customer service to his customers. My mother in-law and i went in today and i just couldn’t believe how upbeat he was, he just made us happy right away too. The works poutine he made is amazing. Thank you james! Have a blessed day

If your employees are mad about orders 15 minutes before they close then they should say no more orders.

Came at 4:40 for a hotdog and was snapped at by the worker for not telling the cashier the hotdog toppings? Wasn’t asked at the cash. Was only asked the drink. It takes 2 seconds to put mustard on a hotdog.

Clearly the employees need some customer service training or more staff.

The mall closes at 5 on Sundays. Sorry they have to work until 5.

Worst service till now. Employee told us they don't have enough fries so they cant take one more veggie fries order and near to closing so they can't take our order. But took order for fries in front of us for other people. Felt bit discriminating. Not coming here again.

Had a terrible experience with the staff at this location from 4-4:15 today. When my sister walked up to order a small fries, she was told that I hey couldn’t take her order because they were too busy. Even though nobody was around that is understandable, so she walked away but not even 10 seconds later she sees that two other girls are getting their order taken. She was confused so she walked up to the girls to ask them what they had ordered because maybe there was something else she would be able to order. They told her they both ordered a small fries. She then came and got me and told me the situation and I walked up with her to try and order and once again we were rudely told that we would not be able to order because they were “too busy”. I then asked how long it would take and all the employees looked at me like I had 5 heads and responded “I don’t know” or “maybe five minutes, maybe more”. We understand being busy and dealing with multiple orders at once aa the ignorance of the employees had nothing to do with that. As a teenager who works in customer service myself I was mortified by the lack of professionalism and even kindness by these employees. Wish I could say the fries were good but we didn’t even get to order!!
