This is the most blessed New York Fries location ever. Highly recommend brought my kids and my friends kids here with my lovely boyfriend and got nice fresh fries. Very tasty. Raw hotdog, 20 minute wait if I want a "cooked" hot dog. Fries were over cooked. Won't be back to this location. Old guy on cash, not a people person. Were are the regular staff??
Update - contacted by parent company, given a reference ID and told would be contacted later in the week. A week later and no contact.
Same staff working this weekend. The grumpy white haired gentleman still on cash.
Everytime I try to order them for lunch they deny my dasher and never end up even calling me to let me know they can't fulfill. It's frustrating, don't let people order off DoorDash if this is what is gonna happen.

Today was the first time i came here, but just coze of this outlet i hate it .
Hard fries Bad quantity When asked to just add the sour cream on top little bit more as it was really felt dry coze of less quantity of cheese sause salsa and other things in nacho according to large fries, they literally said we only add this much.
Really u only add this much here. Other all outlets are awsome then this outlet.
If your customer is not asking to change the whole fries and just asking for little bit of sour cream and just complains you for improvement and not asking refund, you really dont have to be rude man.
I dnt even want to give stars They deserve minus marks…. ?

Fries had very less proportion of sour cream and cheese sauce, made it feel really dry, didn’t helped unsatisfactory taste, asked me to pay extra if I wanted to top it with some more. Not Good response for unsatisfied customer.

Unless you want “meat” smothered in what seemed to be a spicy tomato sauce, don’t get the pulled pork poutine. The food was so bad I couldn’t finish my meal. I tried this place as a redemption attempt after having a horrible experience at a NYF at an on route but this experience solidified that I probably shouldn’t eat here again. I was also out off by the fact that caa advertises them as a parter where they advertise a discount but they refused to accept it and just said “nope not doing that right now” before rushing me through the payment process
