I was really looking forward to trying a hotdog from New York Fries, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I asked to order a hotdog and was told I’d need to wait 10 minutes. No problem—I was happy to wait and even set a timer. When I went to pay, the staff member asked me to step aside and wait. Again, I complied. Five minutes later, I saw another customer being served a hotdog, so I went back to the counter, assuming mine might be ready. But instead, I was told, “Sorry, we have none left.” Excuse me—what? I had been waiting exactly as instructed, and somehow hotdogs were served to others while I was pushed aside and left with nothing. If items are limited or sold out, just say so. Or at the very least, keep track of who’s been waiting. It’s frustrating to be excited for something, wait patiently, and then be turned away with no explanation. Honestly, do better.

It's very nice. Staff is great. 100% recommend New York Fries is awesome! The fries are super crispy and fresh, and their poutine is always loaded and tasty.
I used to love New York fries works hotdog but the quality is significantly worse now. The hot dog tasted bland and cheap. 7-11 has much better hotdogs than NYF which is crazy to me. I will never return to another New York fries ever again. The fries also sucked and tasted purely like sriracha sauce.
