Went for lunch with a friend. We both did the all you can eat.
Our server was amazing, super friendly and attentive. She answered any questions we had, refilled our waters multiple times without us asking and gave us some suggestions.
Food was quick to arrive and was fresh and delicious.
There was one roll we ordered that we weren't a fan of and she took it away no problem.
For lunch this location was not busy so it was pretty quiet and not crowded.
Overall a great lunch and we will be back.

The server was very friendly and nice
Food was not good . To much money for , Chewy , very very chewy meat . Every meat we tried was chewy . Also the rice was very bland and no taste kind of hard also. Crispy pork had alot of sweet sauce was over powering. I will not go back sorry I wish it was better . Especially for that price .

Honestly customer service was super bad. I ordered extra food and she kept saying can you finish this? Are you sure you can finish this in a lot of the beef and meat wasn’t cooked right
Good music, good food, good vibe. 100% recommend

Wow! So we love sushi and have tried multiple places in London. This was amazing food, great selection - focused on Japanese food and not a lot of other options, I’m sure it allowed them to do what they do so well. Also the best service we’ve had in years. The waitress was friendly, super helpful, took time to explain all sorts of things, made it personal without being pushy! I can not say enough about the service - I was literally blown away and she does even eat fish herself! Totally recommend everyone give the Lambeth location a try - we might even see you there. We will definitely be back!
Great food and always served with a smile. Been our go-to spot for a while now. Go and check it out!
Will not be going back. Ordered ayce dinner with a friend and I walked away hungry because the sushi rolls were so bad I didn't want to eat more.
The wontons and tempura came with no sauce and were overcooked. I ordered a California roll and the dynamite roll and both were disappointing. The rice was soggy not sticky, the California roll had browned avocado, the cucumber was a chunk and soft, no roe as it said on the menu and no texture when eating, just mush, no crunch. The dynamite roll was a bit better but the tempura was over cooked which lead to a bad aftertaste.
Our waters were never refilled, my friend ended up taking her water bottle out and refilling her glass herself 3 times. Food was missed and we had to remind the server about it.
Very disappointed and won't be coming back.
So, I decided to try Nov 8 Sushi Galore for takeout. Unfortunately, I have to say the experience was quite mediocre—or even below average. I’ve been to most sushi restaurants in London, and I can safely say this one is probably one of the worst, sadly.
Today was supposed to be a special treat for my birthday, but I ended up feeling pretty disappointed. The food was cold, so if you’re expecting something hot and fresh, I’m sorry to say you won’t find it here. As you can see from the photo, the beef was cold, dry (with no sauce), and tasted very mediocre. The chicken wings were extremely dry and small, and the chicken fried rice was incredibly bland—like, *really* bland. The only somewhat decent item was the miso soup.
Now, onto the sushi: it was very disappointing. I ordered the Red Dragon Roll, which tasted fine, but the American Dream Roll was missing several key components. Most notably, it lacked cream cheese, which was the main reason we ordered it. It was also missing lettuce and some of the sauces on top, unlike what was shown in the photo. On top of that, the rolls were quite small.
It seems that now that I’ve started reading the reviews, most of them are really negative about the takeout experience. So, this is my takeout experience, and to be fair, I can’t speak to dining in at the restaurant. I did see one photo of the same beef dish I ordered, and their version looked a lot better than mine—actually appetizing. However, in conclusion, they should still maintain a good standard even for takeout. For that reason, I probably wouldn’t try dining in or ordering takeout again from this location. The lady I’ve talked on the phone was very lovely and helpful.
Great service, good variety, huge pieces of salmon sashimi, we will definitely be back!
