The experience did not start off very good we were the only ones there which was fine but when we got there the servers were not very friendly at all didn't smile very monotone we had to seat ourselves then we got told they were out of eel but when we got the food the food was very good again the server was very monotone not very friendly at all they do need to have more variety compared to other places the menu is kind of small and on the way out the one server was just sitting on her phone didn't even look up to say goodbye or come again soon this was very off putting considering we were the only ones in the entire restaurant you think they would have tried a little bit harder they were not busy at all so I'm not sure if I would be back even though the food was really good

We Ordered takeout and unfortunately, our experience was nothing like the reviews. The food tasted old and definitely not fresh. Nothing was appetizing and we were unable to finish our meal.

Food was amazing and the server, Andrew, was very attentive. I had both the hot foods and the sushi and they were both perfect. The staff was so nice and the manager even came out to ask how everything was, such a nice man. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good deal on all you can eat sushi. Very tasty :)

So grateful to have Sushi Galore closer to home! We love the one in the north end and were happy to see that the south location is consistent. However, aside from the great food, the service was excellent! Kyle is such a breath of fresh air. 10 stars.Informative, polite, well-spoken, well presented, and oozes personality. I can't say enough about this young man. He went above and beyond with my food allergy, kept us informed of our orders, what was to come and when we were done, in case we wanted to order more.The restaurant was surprisingly not busy, and the decor was a bit stark which is why atmosphere only gets 4 stars, but it doesn't detract from the experience when your company is good.The portion sizes are larger at this location, and you actually get what you order, so be aware when ordering. General Tso chicken, Singapore noodles, Gyoza, and Mexican rolls were worth a shout out, and the Nov 8 sliders are way better at this location. I'm nitpicky about little things, and I have to mention the spicy mayo is actually spicy! I find it's not always well done at other restaurants.My only complaint about the food was that the ginger pork, which is a favourite dish, wasn't as good as the other location's version. Maybe a 7/10 in comparison.And of course, the ice cream is outstanding! :)

My husband and I brought our 11 month old to lunch on Friday afternoon and were so incredibly happy with everything! Especially the service! The server was so kind, intuitive and helpful to us! He was making my son laugh the whole time! The food was fantastic as well! Thank you very much for such a phenomenal experience!Parking: Lots of parking spots!
Great service with really good presentation of food. A good sushi place and second branch of Sushi Galore (Hyde Park). "Four wontons in the tiny soup..." was amazing. Will happily return!
