Nova Era Bakery is my favorite place to stop for a delicious breakfast , the food is absolutely amazing, their service is quick and efficient and the atmosphere is beyond relaxing and beautiful! They have takeout/dine in, so many amazing deserts and amazing breakfast meals & lunch. Stop in when you can , you definitely won't regret it!

I had a very disappointing experience at Nova Era. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the dirty looks I received. There’s no excuse for treating customers like that. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how I was treated.

Today we went to Nova Era for the first time since we haven’t found a good bakery in London. The place is very nice, and the display cases with the desserts looked delicious and appealing. We bought four different desserts to go, but unfortunately, they were all stale. They didn’t taste good, the puff pastry was dry, as if it had been made several days ago. We were very disappointed that they sold us old desserts. We couldn’t even eat them.

Nova Era made our gender reveal cake for our second baby and let me tell you it was AMAZING! The colour was completely hidden under the white and once we cut into it, it was a stunning dark blue making it very obvious what our baby would be! Not only that, but the taste was amazing and they made it just like my inspiration pics! Always coming to these guys for all our cakes/bakery/catering needs!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!💙
This is a great place to grab a delicious lunch or café in London. They have excellent homemade pastries and desserts as well. I would also recommend their Portuguese salty snacks. The customer service is very friendly and professional.

Ordered some bread loaves and cinnamon rolls. Bread was actually very good - shame the cinnamon rolls were a completely different story. They were stale, dry, and hard as rocks - definitely not cooked that same day. I'd say they were at least several days old. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered through Uber so I know it was on purpose, because therefore of course I had no way of returning them. My son and I were very disappointed. Don't appreciate being charged money for something and then used as a dumpster for old, unwanted product.
Maybe buy bread from here, because yes that was good, but skip the pastries.

This place has a nice selection of desserts however, I've been really disappointed with their whole cakes. I've bought three cakes from them now and each time I've always seen the same issue, dry cake with overly sweet icing. The cake is so dry sometimes it has a burnt taste. Until they can see what's going on with their recipe and fix this, I'll buy full cakes somewhere else.

First time eating here and will definitely not be the last! Had the delicious pork cutlet sandwich with onions and hot peppers. Bread was so fresh and soft. Delicious! Also enjoyed a nice coffee and pastel de nata. The coffee includes a free refill which is a bonus. Beautiful decor and friendly service. Will be back soon!
