The grill is insanely slow - even with a ton of workers and few people in line.

I come at around 6pm on Monday. It was busy and I ordered simply: fries and sausage. However, the sausage was freaking burn, hard, black and inedible. The fries was black in a lot of pieces. When we try the fries, the taste is awful, burn and we have to throw out the sausage. We have eaten a lot of time in here but this is the first time the food tastes this bad.

Thought I’d get a nice bowl to fuel some studying.

All the heated ingredients taste and feel like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp since the night before.
Hardest chicken I’ve ever put in my mouth.
Broccoli so brown it probably won’t look any different coming out.

Section manager Mike is very pleasant to speak to and has a bright personality. You can tell he's been in hospitality for a long time and as someone who has a lot of experience working in food service I could tell he loves making customers happy. Kudos to him and making Oasis a pleasant stop.

Replaced sweet and sour they used to use, new stuff tastes horrible

Used to be better, they got rid of some of my favourite menu items this year and all of my eggs have been consistently undercooked. Some staff are great but I'm pretty sure others will tell you that they ran out of the food you want just because they don't want to cook it as it only happens with some staff members

This place is the boom 💥 it’s so good you will need water after it and make sure to go here i recommend it for everyone it’s like haven in your mouth yummy 🍝

The food is pretty good, especially for campus food..... But the likelihood you'll get poorly cooked food are high. I have had plenty of poor experiences with how my stomach reacts to the food here.

Sunny's gets a 2/5 for me, but everything else is at least 4/5, but I just can't recommend this place if you don't have a strong stomach.

Member of grill staff insists on putting mayo on my burgers when I never ask for it, and even when I request for there to be no mayo at all.They also lie about not having noodles for the pastas

You’re better off picking leftovers out of a trash can. Service is terrible and food is even worse. They close 2 or 3 of the restaurants before 5pm everyday or say “we’re out of rice and noodles” so they don’t have to cook.

It has gotten worse, use to be good , new chefs don’t know how to cook veggies are not cooked well. Prices are same but quantity got to low. Get a new chefs or old once back please!!!!!!

Tried to serve me a handful of tater tots with false advertising for $6!!! The tater tots we’re supposed to be “loaded” and with not description I was left to assume it’d have cheese and sour cream, maybe some onions. They gave me not even a full cup of tatter tots that had, onion, green pepper, corn, and tomatoes raw dodging my tots!!! Basically threw a salsa on my tots. Wish I had snapped a pic before I handed it back and canceled my order. Words cannot capture its horrors
