Very disappointing that the self-order stations are not fixed after many weeks. During busy times, customers have to wait in line to order with the person who is also making the food, delaying everything. This establishment is chronically under-staffed, even on a good day. This is also resulting in workers missing out on tips… you care about animals so should also care about paying your workers a living wage… your company is now a chain- I think you can afford it.

Ordered Odd Burger (London location) on DoorDash and this is how they sent a Chick-Un wrap. This is not something I would have ever paid money for. Really disappointed in the quality.

First time ever trying oddburger, last night, and if it were not so severely understaffed I would be ready to call it my new favorite. Showed up the place was packed and I didn't realize till we already ordered that there was one lone employee in the whole place. She however she handled herself so well no matter what shes being paid she deserves a raise. I watched this woman single handedly serve more than 15 meals in under an hour all while very patiently reasuring the ever more impatient people waiting for food that would have been served in closer to ten minutes had the restaurant been properly staffed. The burgers were incredible and im nothing near a vegan. If this place we as kind to its employees as it is to animals I would be recommending to everyone I know.

The lady at the counter was rushing through the orders and does even follow the order numbers and prioritise few. Even after letting her know we were first in the line she was not even sorry about that and did not add the extra toppings for which we paid. Very bad service, food was under cooked and didn’t assemble my burger properly. Moreover she was not even friendly with customers.

Only one employee works at this restaurant makes the food ,gives the receipt, makes the drinks , very slow. Also they do not take cash. It’s all electronic so when I went in and paid for my food and her system broke down after five minutes I asked for a refund and the system doesn’t give refunds ,once you pay that’s it , after 10 minutes The employee actually had to give me a refund from her own purse in cash Just terrible. This is why I stay away from one employee restaurants. And what kind of restaurant can’t give you a refund after they took your money this place is a joke!!!

Wonderful, vegan fast foods. We had a Vopper, the big Mac hack, chicken Nugs, onion rings, and poutine. The kids loved the Nugs. No complaints about any of it. It was quick. The staff was friendly. Limited seating.
Machines were down. Had no other way to place orders. Other then through a delivery app. I'm shocked that they don't have a cash til incase of emergencies
Very disappointing waited a long time only to be told someone was on they're way and it would be a long time before it would be fixed.
Left hungry and severely disappointed with how the staff handled everything. Drove out of my way to come here

Amazing service by the ladies at Odd Burger. Definitely, these specialty burgers are worth a try, and it's nice I could have a healthy option after having my gallbladder surgery. First meal out that tasted like fast food, but better quality. The kind of quality to crave and thankfully healthy. The photos of food matched the advertisements, and looked exact. The servers answered all of our questions as first time customers, and couldn't be more pleased !!
I wish there was more seating inside though, as this place is a true gem. Also would like for there to be an option that isn't kiosk based for payment, it would be nice to order with the server instead of by computer. It made it a little harder to order, but not enough to complain about as everything otherwise was perfect. Just a suggestion to Odd Burger for customers. I had the chicken parm sandwich, which was so nice and crispy with the right amount of sauce. It tasted like chicken, which was shocking, but a good surprise. I also had a strawberry milk shake that was oat based, and a taco salad as a combo. All items were delightful and enjoyable. Great portions !! Definitely hooked after first try.

As a Michigander finally coming over to Canada, I've been wanting to try Odd Burger for years. It was worth the wait! It felt so freeing to be able to just order anything I wanted from a fast food place and know it would be vegan. The branding inside is great too, very proudly promoting veganism. Can't wait to go back.
