Got take out, it was delicious. Perfect batter, huge portions of fries.
Absolutely the best fish and chips in London, and anyplace else around here for that matter. I've had the pleasure of going to an actual chippy in Carrickfergus N.I. and the food here is a close second, which is saying a lot.

This is a very traditional little hole in the wall restaurant.
The staff were very positive and attentive.
The wooden bench seating with a thin cushion was uncomfortable after about 5 minutes of sitting.
My order of fish and chips came quickly. It looked tasty. The fish tasted good and the batter was good. The tartar sauce was very sweet. The fish by itself was very good. I may have gotten a bone from the haddock, something in the fish or its batter had given me a small cut on my tongue.
I had asked for my chips to be crispy, they looked great. However they tasted smokey / burnt. I ate most of them, so it was not too bad.
The staff made a fresh pot of coffee when I asked for a cup. It did not taste the greatest, it reminds me of the coffee made with water from old pipes.
It was interesting to eat here. I had takeout from here 15 years ago and it was also okay if I remember.

I love that this place has all you can eat white fish and chips...This was where my mom and l and sometimes my mom and her friend Connie would go here...Staff are always very friendly..l love this place...l will always give them great reviews..❤️ 👍

Great food. Also had the two-piece halibut dinner that came with fries and coleslaw. I liked their vinaigrette style coleslaw. I would’ve given 5-stars but I found like either a black thread or hair. Nevertheless, this is still my family’s Friday go-to place for fish & chips.
