Been here a few times and the food/drinks are alright. But on more than one occasion we've showed up during their "open" hours to find them closed. Overall though, a decent place to grab a bite and watch a game.

Customer service was really poor. The waitress was rude. Food was terrible it was over spiced and had too much salt in it. It was just a complete waste of money. Honestly I would give this place a 2/10

I dined here just before NYE for the second time, both experiences I was very satisfied with the quality and portions of food. The fish and chips is better than most restaurants, the steak dinner was filling with a generous amount of vegetables. I’m giving a 5 star for the menu and kitchen staff, although the waitress wasn’t as pleasant and they were out of half of their beer menu.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! We each ordered a beer and split the calamari. There was not enough calamari for one person, and, it was horrible. The calamari cost $17. Such a rip off!! When I told the waitress that it was pretty expensive for what you got, she just rolled her eyes at me. Mad at myself for going here when there are so many great restaurants in that area. We were at the Market so just drop in here. Never again.

We were going to a show at Budweiser Gardens and decided to try Olive 'R Twist. The gentleman who greeted us was honest about the possible wait and we appreciated that. The whole experience from food to service and welcoming atmosphere was great. We'll be

It took over 40 minutes to receive our order. The food was ok but somewhat overly greasy for a stir-fry. When asked for the bill, it took our server a long time (chatted to people at the bar) to bring it and take payment.

Cute place! Stopped here for a couple drinks before a Knights game and the bartenders were so sweet and the drinks were amazing. Definitely recommend!

Terrible experience. I got there around 5:15pm got a beer and poutine. Advised before hand there would be 4 of us the other 3 would be arriving at 6pm. I ordered a beer and had sub par poutine. I was told by the manager to leave as I was dining solo at a 4 person table at 5:48pm I wasn't even done my beer yet. I was told to pay and if I wanted to stay to find room at the bar and there was no room anywhere. My friends literally showed up at 5:57pm. Won't be back personally by myself. Don't recommend if you are a solo diner or you are Waiting slightly too long to meet people there. Needless to say I left a zero tip which I never do.

Attended the Misty's comedy contest. Absolute blast. 13 comics, tons of laughs, service was good. I will be looking forward to the next

Arrived today at 6:15 (reservation for 3). Seated immediately. Waitress was lovely. Drinks arrived quickly...however it was 7:45 before our food arrived. I understand it was busy due to the concert (which we were considerably late for), but my god, staff your place properly! An hour and a half is an absurd amount of time to wait. The table beside us left after they waited an hour and a half as well. This is absolutely no disrespect to the waitress...she was very kind and doing the absolute best she could.Total ball drop from management.Food was decent. Prices are considerably more than they are on their website. Not impressed with that. Will not go back.

I was here tonight (Sept. 16) before The Chicks concert. Made reservations for 6pm, we were seated shortly after that. We had a very attentive and pleasant server. She got us our drinks and then took our food order about 6:20pm.Lots of food was coming out of the kitchen but our order didn’t come. We inquired on our food a couple of times with the server but were told that the orders come out in the order that they were placed. At 7:35pm we still didn’t have food and the concert started at 8pm.We decided to leave rather than receive food that needed to be scarfed down in time to get to the concert. We left money for the drinks and left.We spoke to the host as we left and he apologized but stated that they had many seats in the restaurant and it is busy on concert nights.I don’t believe that they should take reservations and walk-ins if they are not able to turn the customers around in a timely manner. We “dined” on popcorn at the concert and vowed to never go back to this restaurant

Came here to grab a couple drinks before The Chicks concert on Saturday. When we were arrived, we were told upfront that it would be 1.5 hours before food if we wanted to eat inside, but that they were offering two bbq sandwiches and drinks on the patio if that interested us. We took this option and had excellent service! Gabrielle was our server and she did not disappoint! Super friendly and fun but still quick and efficient, even offering the make a special mocktail for my younger sister so she didn’t feel left out while my parents and I had a couple beers. Although the place was definitely packed (which we expected before a concert), Gabrielle made sure we had a great time… couldn’t have asked for a better server ?

I host a monthly group on Tuesday evenings and spoke to Chris about holding it at this venue. He was friendly and agreed to my request for a designated patio space with some roof overhang in the event of rain with option to move into dining room. He also specifically said he would either validate or supply vouchers for the parking – the event was 6-9 pm. Staff member #1 looked at the weather app and said it would probably be ok and would do whatever I wanted which was the original plan to hold it on the patio. Staff member #2 then came out saying “this is how it’s going to go down” and said that “Greg” (another owner and one I had never spoken to) would be upset about it being held on the exposed patio. I enquired about using the bar side where the covered patio could be accessed and this was given the OK. Staff member #3 said that this space is typically not reserved but open to the public despite the fact that there was only one person occupying a seat at the bar. Enter Chris who I had made the arrangements with who was quite angry - not sure what he had been told by staff but besides being disappointed and confused by mixed message from staff, I was going with the flow. That’s when I found out that the parking validation would only cover one hour – apparently, I should know that??? Bottom line, a nice venue is missing out because of lack of communication between two owners and staff members. Take your event elsewhere – other venues have bent over backwards to welcome a large group of people on a typically slow Tuesday evening!
