Was not even acknowledged when we came in and we were the only ones there. We were waiting for her to finish up whatever work she was completing. She knew we were there but chose not to say anything. We ended up walking out. Terrible service.

I Just watched a lady take a sandwich back in exchange for another one after the guy had it in the departure lounge for about five minutes or more. Nice of her to exchange but should have never put it back out for sale. Disgusting and not safe

Website says open till 7pm. Its 4pm you’re not open. No sign posted. No hours posted. Terrible service. Only restaurant in London Airport. And you are not open. Many people waiting for flights with no food or water. No to mention no bar!

The sandwiches are way over priced for the quality. They have been using cheap whole wheat bread instead of good healthy breads and charging almost $8.00. Egg salad on cheap whole wheatbread almost $8.00. Really!!!.

Delayed by 2 hours.then 3 more. Now our next flight is delayed. Was suppose to be in Florida 9ish. Will be lucky to get there by 2
