Always go to the south location, but we were out on Richmond and decided to hit them up for a late dinner.
There was plenty of food for 2 in the box, the salad was fresh, and the chicken was great! Rice, as always, is good.

Their chicken shawarma is worth for money. The taste was good and it was very juicy. Their staff is also very friendly and polite.
Update: the portion size is went smaller compared to it before. I really liked your old version of saj shawarma. Plz bring it back.

Got a wrong order the night before with no fries. Farhat saw my receipt and made a new order instantly. This time the container was full with food to the top with a great amount of meat on top. Really respect the customer service and how fast I got the food. Thank you so much!

Just order chicken on the rocks from that place I pay for extra garlic sauce on top and they still didnt add. Its my 3rd time they did this to me.

I recently visited Osmow’s Shawarma and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The food was not up to standard—everything was cold, and far from fresh or warm, as one would expect from a restaurant. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was concerning; the environment felt neglected and unclean, which made the entire experience even worse. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management takes action to improve both food quality and hygiene standards.
