Falafel was way overcooked and what part in the centre was edible was incredibly dry. The two kids meals had fries that were cold, greasy and drenched in sauce. Very disappointed with this location

I stopped going to this location months ago since they screwed something up or forgot something every single time. I kept going back hoping it was a one off or just being really busy. Went back again after months. Placed my order, he said it would be about 10 minutes for the beef so I said I'm going to run to the store quickly and I'll be back. I wasn't asked what topping I wanted just spice level so I assumed they were going to ask when I got back. I return and they hand me a bag. When I said you didn't ask about toppings the girl said I should have said something when I placed the order... ooook. Get the toppings put on, no harm done. Get home to eat it, there were 2 with mild spice 1 with no spice... they all have spice. It is not possible to eat for the no spice person. I don't normally leave reviews especially not bad ones but after not going back for months due to lack of attention just to get the same thing is ridiculous. I will not return to this location ever.
I’ve always liked Osmow’s, but this location has the worst customer service in town. The evening shift girl with glasses was very rude and dismissive. Definitely needs improvement in customer interaction

I’ve tried every Osmow’s in London, and this location is definitely the best! I was here around 12 o’clock today, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat, but the girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly and told me about the special deal of the day, which turned out to be really good. She also suggested trying the new Halloumi Sticks as part of a combo, and I’m glad I did! I’ve had the ones from Shelby’s before and didn’t like them much, but these were actually really good especially with the dipping sauce. Big thumbs up to her for the great service and recommendation. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

i got lamb on the stix, and had to wait for 20 minutes just for them to burn the lamb to a literal crisp. it ruined my food completely.
