It was amazing having food at osmosis. Totally loved our time eating there. Mustakem was really nice and treated us so well. Will definitely come back again.

Service is bad . Employee serves small portions . With my order suppose to come with 2 toppings, and an employee did not serve,When I asked her said yes it comes with two toppings. I love ossmow's food.not this location owner needs to check their employees.

We had a terrible experience recently. The Tahini we got in the side smelt sour. The rice was not cooked through and the chicken was the best either.

Horrendous service. Rushing you before you even get to speak. Not worth it.

I tried Osmows Saj Wrap for the First time last Saturday, though I liked the wrap but I felt that the staff was in a rush. Looked understaffed tbh!

1) Unprofessional staff
2) I ordered beef on the rocks in which beef pieces were big in size and uncooked
3) Giving even a single star is my compulsion..
4) I had a chicken on the rocks too that I don’t even want to discuss. Straight to dump!!

I picked up lunch today at this location. Was "greeted" by 2 young guys who were obviously trying to scam me once I ordered. They kept laughing and looking at each other. They told me I was only allowed 2 toppings, which is false because I have been at this location before. I asked again if I could get a 3rd topping (I wanted shredded cheese too), and he said "ok", then put the tiniest bit on top. It felt like a slap in the face. I told them that I normally go to Jimmy the greek but today, decided on Osmow's. Next time, save yourself the trouble and pick a different spot in the foodcourt. What terrible customer service.
