This guy delivered our food and has been MIA since. Not once he came to our table to ask how the food is. His tone was very distant. Not rude but clearly didn’t want to be there. Food was good but the experience kinda ruined it.

Im not one to be snobby, but for the sake lf this review I will be haha. I spent a week in Tokyo, enjoying all the food it had to offer. Ozen is the only place in Canada that I've been too, that has food of the same or better quality than I had in Japan. Ozens sushi is out of this world, and their Ramen is to die for, simply amazing. The only thing stopping me from eating there more, is my bank account. If you're looking for amazing Korean/ Japanese food, you've come to the right place.

Decent place but it was too cold for me inside to have enjoyed anything. Hopefully they the place is warmer so that people can sit and enjoy the food instead of trying to leave as quickly as possible

The staff show no respect toward customers. They speak in a strange and inappropriate tone, and when asked to repeat what they said, they become annoyed, which is unreasonable.
In addition, the person in charge downstairs, who wears glasses (I do not know his name), is extremely rude. I sincerely hope that management will look into this matter, especially given his disrespectful and arrogant behavior, even toward delivery
