Enjoyed this place, decent size portion, taste great, efficient and friendly. I wish they can add more appetizer dishes or half size dishes to their menu so I can try more variety.

Food was delicious, authentic Korean style. One of the good places in London to try Korean cuisine. Automated order taking system was amazing and unique. Definitely recommend!!

The spicy pork and octopus grilled was excellent. Melting cheese with sweet corn.
The sweet sour pork was smaller in portion vs the ones we try in BC. Usually the korean restaurant pour more sauce on top of the meet.
Rose rice cake had the perfect sweetness and spice mixture.
Staff was courteous and ask if we wanted refill of our appetizers.
Restaurant uses a TV screen ordering system and a call button if needed.
Parking is not a problem in this mall.

My partner and I were looking for a last minute dinner spot before heading back home out of London and we found this spot.
We ordered Kim Chi stew and the Bulgogi hot plate.
Me being white and silly, I actually ordered Spicy Pork and didn’t realize so when they brought it out, I thought they brought me the wrong menu item. The chef willingly switched out my dish to the Bulgogi and they didn’t charge me for both dishes, which I was so grateful for.
The service was amazing and quick, the prices are awesome, the vibes are great and we will most definitely be returning!!

I always went here but since then the food quality is going down, and the taste is not as good as before. The service is not great, except for the young lady who is the only one who smiles there.

I lived in Korea for a year, so I know good Korean food, and this place is fantastic. The food is excellent, the portions are huge, and the sides are really generous and delicious. The service is also superb, really top notch actually. Everything we've tried has been outstanding, and we've come back again and again. Definitely ab excellent experience in every way. So thankful to have wonderful and authentic Korean food like this in London. Thank you, and we'll be back soon!

Ozen's food quality and hygiene standard has plummeted throughout the years.
I ordered Kimchi Fried Rice and a Seafood Pancake on Uber yesterday, and it was abysmal.
The fried rice had curly hair in it (see my photo). Eww. And the Seafood pancake barely had any Seafood in it, just a few squid tentacles and 2~3 mussels wrapped in huge amount of batter, and the whole thing barely had any flavour in it.
And all of these cost me $43 (excluding tax and Uber service fees). I felt like a joke.

The best pork bone soup I have had ever. Savoury and unctuous. Everything was incredible, the service and the speed that it was brought out.
