This is our new favorite place to go whether for breakfast or lunch. Our first experience was with Dani and having her serve us definitely made us want to come back She is everything a waitress should be and feel she even puts a little special effort in. She already knows exactly what we want to order after just a view visits which was extremely impressive as you have so many customers. I don’t usually write reviews but I just couldn’t let this one pass she definitely deserves 5 stars

Food was on par with a breakfast/brunch place with some greats twists. I had the fried chicken eggs Benedict... super yummy, great portion.
Service was perfect. We had Grace, she was a pro... we came with our 4 year old, she knew the crayon priority rule without us asking.
Atmosphere... not bad. Mostly clean, very busy, good comfort, decor and layout. If you are stuck waiting for a table the front of door is covered so you are sheltered from rain and sun.
Will definitely go again.

In person? Incredible. The food is always hot, fresh and presented nicely. Takeout? I would not suggest it. A group of us ordered takeout from this location this morning and it was a disappointing experience. In the past, we were advised to pre-order if we wanted our food to be ready on time so all 4 of us did this today. When we arrived at 0900 hrs, the food was not ready for another 30 mins. If you are going to order the option to order ahead, it is important that food is ready around that time as many people order while on a work break. To wait 30 minutes is unacceptable. On top of this, the food was not hot and the instructions in my order were not followed (it appeared they had not been read). The online ordering platform is not user friendly and does not give an option for modifying anything which was a frustrating experience in the first place. When I eat at pur & simple in person, I never have this issue. I wanted to order the classic eggs benedict and omit the ham. There is an option to omit the egg but no option for the meat. There is also no option too leave a note/special requests. I ended up adding multiple sides together and in the comments of the order, I requested that everything be put in one box. This was not followed. The english muffin was put in a bag, the butter had leaked and it was very greasy. I requested cutlery and none was provided. We ordered this from our office to enjoy a Sunday morning breakfast together and were all very disappointed. I will say again, the food here is delicious and going in person is always a good experience. However, I believe if you cannot do takeout right, you should not do takeout at all.

ordered online the day before for a 9am pick up... food was ready half an hour late and cold. this is the second time we ordered online ahead of time with the same results of being 30+ late. the quantity of potatoes has gone down as well. very disappointed. will not be returning

Multiple experiences ordering take out from here. Food is delicious however, the fulfillment of the order has left much lacking. Every time (three total) the order has not been ready until 30 minutes after the pick up time. I was told to order the night before to ensure sufficient staffing, and did that on my last order. I still had to wait upward of 30 minutes for a total of 5 orders. We pick up takeout for a workplace nearby, and come on our break to do so. The consistency of their inability to deliver even remotely on a takeout time will make us unable to do so in the future. Too bad as the food is great.
