One of our favourite places for well over a decade Pizza is always fantastic Bowling lanes often have a mind of their own and it's not unusual to get switched Service depends on who is working and varies greatly We keep coming back because it's a fun place with a great atmosphere and the music isn't too loud.

Every time I visit The Palasad Social Bowl, I look forward to being greeted by my waitress, Lauren and others. She is consistently pleasant, always smiling, and radiates the kind of positive energy that instantly makes the experience better (even though my go to is comfort pizza or wings). What stands out most is how she goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just right, whether it’s checking in at the perfect moment, remembering small details from past visits, or simply making sure I feel genuinely cared for. Her kindness never feels forced; it’s authentic, and it creates an atmosphere that makes dining here feel less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a community. It’s rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with such warmth, but she does it effortlessly. In a world where great service can sometimes feel like an afterthought, she reminds me that genuine hospitality still exists. She doesn’t just serve food and drinks, she serves joy, comfort, and connection. That’s what keeps me coming back, and why I can confidently say she’s one of the reasons The Palasad Social Bowl is such a special place.
Great for a get together with friends and family and Wednesdays are great for surviving hump day 😉 Goto place to bowl, shoot some pool or simply enjoy a meal.

I'm not entirely sure where to begin with this review. I'm not from London but a band I liked was playing a show there and I thought it'd be better than going to Toronto.
Palasad SocialBowl exceeded all expectations. Our server, I believe his name was Raven, was great. All staff was super friendly.
The venue itself was really great. Bowling, arcade, escape room and live music. It's such a unique place. It was also one of the cleanest places I've been for a punk show.
We arrived a little early so we could get a table for the show and have dinner. The food. I didn't really have high expectations for the food but it was great! My daughter's kid's meal was huge and she raved about the chicken fingers. My son and I shared a pizza and it was so much better than expected. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. My only complaint would be that it needed to spend a little more time in the oven but even with that minor issue it was still top tier pizza.
Palasad social bowl feels like London's best kept secret. I'll be checking their live music listings regularly because I can't wait to get back there.

love this place, very friendly staff who is always around to help. can get busy in the night time around 7/8pm since they only have 10 lanes so it’s best to go earlier since they don’t take reservations unless it’s very big groups i think

Had my team social gathering here and everything was fantastically organized.
From day one, their events manager Jillian helped plan everything to the T and was there day of to ensure everything went smoothly. Great communication and responsiveness. She even checked on us on her way out to make sure everything was ok and the group was having a good time. Big thank you Jillian!
Then, our server Payton made the experience better by her amazing service with a bright smile 😊! She constantly checked on the team and made sure everything was A ok! Amazing experience! Thank you Payton!
