The last pizza I ordered was undercooked. Manager called back, offered a free pizza for the trouble. Tried to order the free pizza because the last one was undercooked and they want to charge delivery on an order that is replacing an order that the messed up. This just cost them a customer.

The employee would not let me leave store after HE confirmed I payed for Oder, showed receipt and he attempted to take my food out of my hands. His reason was bc I had to confirm on app that I picked up order but app had glitched out and I confirmed I picked up my Oder with my dam eyes. Horrible experience with staff.

The most unhygienic place I have been to. Employees had their hair down, no hair nets, jewelry was worn and no uniforms! Also while I was waiting for food nobody spoke a word of english! The space was a mess. Slippery floors with no wet floor signs and random tape hanging from the ceiling?? Will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

Ordered delivery. Never seen a smaller volume of toppings on a pizza.... Does 1 topping mean one topping per slice. Very disappointing. They also failed to cut the pizza completely.

Nothing like New York Pizza! Cheese is different, little balls of cheese that burn. Very little toppings! When you look at a pepperoni pizza on their website it has loads. I had maybe 1 per slice. Very little sauce. Crust is pre-made and frozen. The garlic dip is like melted butter, Very strange! Probably one of the worst pizza’s I have ever tasted. I’m Italian decent and I know good pizzas. My Mother had a gluten free pizza and the crust was burnt. :(
