we ordered a buy one get one off of Uber eats. I assumed that when you put one in you got a free one as it was buy one get one. I did not receive the second pizza. I called the store and the customer service person told me that no I should’ve put in two pizzas so that I got one free. I said it does not say that anywhere on there it says buy one get one free. Rather than help me out, he continued to argue with me and was quite belligerent and rude. The food is always from Papa John’s. The customer service is an absolute zero.

“Perfect delivery” The pizza delivery was exceptional. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavourful. The delivery person was on time and ensured the order was accurate. It would be helpful if the store would update their hours onto Google.That way, potential customers wouldn't drive across town for a carry out pizza only to arrive at an empty/closed store (while Google and the national website indicates a closing time of 12am).We won't be returning.

I honestly don’t like at all, Because when you order a pizza cheese needs to be melt but as shown in the photo the cheese was not melt.When I asked an employee (girl) she said the bottom of the pizza is already cooked and if she warm the pizza again it will burn the bottom. Which I agree but she also mentioned that the oven was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Means its not cooked properly. The cheese particles can be separated from the pizza.Secondly the pizza dough was raw and I got stomach ache next day due to uncooked pizza.I will not think to order here due to this experience.Vegetarian options: Mushroom, Pineapple, Black olives and green peppers.

This is the 3rd time that you prepare a wrong order for me. Last time , I ordered beef but they prepared cheese. Today, I called for a veg pizza, when I went for pick up they put 5 toppins which is a little of 5 vegs, but I wanted 1 or 2 toppings. When I explained they did not pay attention.I'm not going to order pizza to this branch anymore, or maybe I don't order popa John's anymore.

My call dropped while an employee was taking my name and phone number after I placed my order. When I called back to confirm my order another employee picked up and told me “they were too busy to take my order” despite the other employee taking it the order I placed was not going to be made.
