Couldn’t pick up an order because I had to take my son to emergency. They called me twice. First time I said I’m sorry, can’t pick it up and explained why. I was pretty sure the woman couldn’t understand me. Half an hour later they call again and the man this time was very rude on the phone. No empathy during a tough time. Tried to guilt me about wasting the pizza. Never going back.

This was hands down one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had.
Excessive Wait Time: First of all, it took over 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive. For a simple order, that’s unacceptable — especially when it shows up in the condition it did.
Disgusting Packaging: The box was soaked with oil and sauce, top to bottom. It felt like it had been tossed around or dropped — the bottom was completely greasy and weak, nearly falling apart. Completely unhygienic.
Sauce Explosion & Mess: There was a huge sauce spill inside the box, with chunks and oil smeared everywhere. It was repulsive. It looked more like a crime scene than a pizza delivery.
Terrible Presentation: The slices were bunched up and crushed on one side, like no care was taken during packing or delivery. Toppings were scattered unevenly and many were just sliding off.
Soggy and Inedible Crust: Due to the leak and poor handling, parts of the crust were soggy and soaked in oil. It was completely unappetizing and felt like biting into wet cardboard.
I paid full price for something that looked and tasted like an accident. If this is your idea of customer service and food quality, count me out. Never ordering again.
Very good place
Pizza place cant spell pepperoni. 5/5
Go there only if you wanna be disrespected this store has bad service and they don’t care about customers with an attitude!!
One of the worst experience I've ever had. The staff were openly rude and made it clear they had no interest in customer service. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant if you expect even a minimal level of professionalism or courtesy. Very disappointed
Very bad customer service route and bad quality Saturday, May 17 morning stuff at 2 pm they are very, very, very bad last time I will come here

Worst service ever, rude and racism don’t come
Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff are rude, disrespectful. Definitely do not recommend this place. If you enjoy being treated like garbage while you wait for mediocre food, this is your place. Otherwise, avoid it.
Absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing for any business.
Rude Rude

I visited this location. Order number 6 the large meatza pizza. I worked for Papa Johns years ago and the struggle was tough dough to dock, stretch and chew.
The pizza right down to the dough has that mouth melting taste. I ate half of the pizza before leaving the parking lot.
I've learned about the new ownership and I like congratulate the new owner.
The dough is "PERFECT!" I regret not buying a second pizza. I don't live near London. Eating pizza while on the 401 was tempting. 😆 🤣 😂
