Arrived at Paranyde to order dinner and I asked the gentleman behind the bar for what is on the menu and he replied by saying, "Uhh". He completely ignored me and continued speaking to other people while I waited. I finally placed my order and then he walked off and didn't take my friends orders at all. Service was absolutely horrible. Never again.

Ordered food for delivery - received a call they didn’t have all the items, so we changed the order to accommodate what they said they had. A half-hour before the scheduled delivery, they called again and said now they were out of a key dish we had ordered! We ended up completely cancelling our order. Terrible service.

Would be nice if they could tell time. As it is a neighbourhood bar I don’t understand why they have music blasting and people screaming outside and revving their car engines until 5AM! Downtown bars close their doors at 2AM. The bass continuously rattles things in the house. They are open weekdays LATE, people have to work the next day. This place has no concept of time. I have called to complain many times as i have some sleepless nights due to the music and rowdy crowd outside all hours of the night, yet nothing has been done. Have some respect for the neighbourhood and people. It is currently 4:30AM i hear music blasting and a crowd of people screaming and fighting outside. Sick and tired of this.

It's a great place to go out dancing and play pool, meet new people.
We've been coming here since they opened. Maybe not as often as we'd like, but it's our go-to restaurant for some authentic and delicious Jamaican food. We've tried many others in London, but Paranyde is by FAR the best in town. Flavourful and filling! Coleslaw is my fave out of all coleslaw anywhere. And my daughter LOVVVVES the chicken soup! She's super picky, too.Thanks for your delicious food!

I live across the road and the bass coming out of this place is so obnoxious it actually makes the decorations on my wall rattle some nights. It used to be 2 nights a week and now it is 5 from Wednesday to Sunday. I just want to sleep without having to wear uncomfortable earplugs or take sleep medication. They should have done a much better job soundproofing this place but the whole front is just windows. Open later than they should be, sometimes until 4am. Have some respect for the neighbourhood, the bass does not need to be this loud.
