Ws at the Holiday Christmas Train on Piccadilly & Richmond with my client. My client was hungry. We came in for some fries and deep fried pickles. The deep fried were good and the portion was as described. However, the portion of the fries was unbelievable. It was smaller than small. When asked if more fries can be added, the lady stated it goes by weight???!!!! There were less fries in the container than the container can hold. I even gave a tip prior to be served. A tip? For what??

The food has always been good when Ive ordered out, however the portioning of the meat on the sandwich is very inconsistent. Atmosphere isn't very good when dining in, from inappropriate and sexualized graphity, to the fact that there is no publicly available washroom, I wouldn't recommend dining in.

Came here for the first time with a couple family members, and this place doesn't disappoint. The selection of CheeseSteaks, Poutines, Fried Chicken and Beef Burgers is great, just enough to give you a good amount to choose from but not so much that its overwhelming. The hours of operation definitely cater to the nightlife, and where its located totally makes sense... nothing like after a night out at the club, being able to stop in and grab a Poutine or a Cheeseteak at very reasonable prices just makes sense. They offer different daily specials, and the prices are probably some of the best when it comes to decent eats around London, especially late at night. I will say, that parking can be a challenge if you go during peak times of the day, but if you dont mind a little walk after finding a spot, this place is worth it. The gentleman we dealt with was super friendly, asked if it was our first time, and after making the food, brought it to us at the table... excellent service. Food great, prices great, service great, indoor atmosphere... well its not a luxury dine in restaurant, so keep that in mind... all in all, great experience and definitely recommend.
Pierogis are bland, won’t order again. I agree with other commenters - used to be pretty good when they first opened but they aren’t anymore. Especially for the price.
I’ve never seen such a dirty and disappointing fast-food place. I ordered a cheese steak, and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had — greasy, flavorless, and it even made me feel sick afterward.
The restaurant’s name is Philthy Philly’s, but it really should be called “Filthy Philly’s.” I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews — maybe people just haven’t tried real cheese steak before.

A recent change has been made to their daily deal policy indicated by a cardboard sign written in permanent marker highlighting the fact that is a greedy business practice by the franchisee and not a corporate decision. It started with the “daily” deal only being available for 1-3pm, the next step was 1 per customer. As someone who ate their multiple times a week. I will never return
