Had an incredibly delicious lunch here. Our food came out immediately and everything was tasty. The chicken pho had the most tender pieces of chicken and the flavour of the broth was perfect. Service was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be returning!

Pho Lee has become our go-to spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine! Their Pho broth is simply to die for—rich, flavorful, and utterly delicious. The quality you get for the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

My mom said that she was gluten free so she wanted the vermicelli noodles. We thoroughly explained the dietary restrictions then received noodles made with gluten. Their spring rolls were also clearly bought from Costco. Not home made. They don’t actually cook there.

Owner is very rude or the lady at the cashier whoever she is (the one always there) . I let it go the first time and gave them another try and same encounter with her again, rude and unprofessional. Makes you NOT want to give your service/money to this place . Educate yourself in customer service please.

I'm sorry to say that I have take my rating down by quite a bit. The food here is great but the service is usually mediocre at best and today was downright bad. The servers who always seem to be new are generally friendly, but they never check in once your food is served. I have attributed this to poor training and not knowing any better, which is excusable. But today, the item i typically order, with a special request to be served in a bowl, was denied. When the food came it was beautiful and ended up being served in a dish that was more bowl than plate, which was good. However, it was dead cold. I tried to eat a couple of bites but just couldn't do it. I have ordered the same dish at this restaurant dozens of times and it has always been hot and delicious. The owner accosted me and stated that if I wanted hot food I should order the soup. That the dish I ordered has cold noodles, that that was what I ordered and was reluctant to take it back. I told her I had been there numerous times and it had always been hot. The second one was hot and perfect. I won't be going back again however as the owner doesn't understand proper service, customer service and clearly doesn't aporeciate my business. Maybe one day she will learn why her business is declining. They also charged us for the tea, which was a first there, although it was only $2.

The food was fantastic!! Went here for an after work date and the portions were perfect and delicious. (Only complaint is the weed store next door blares music that is heard through the walls of the restaurant)
place is definitly a mom amd pop joint. kinda tough to understand the staff but they have a unique system to making sure ypu order correctly. food is fresh and plentiful.

Great food at a reasonable price.How each dish was going to be served (rice separate from the curry, what veggies etc) was clearly explained to us. This is especially great for easily packing any leftovers into separate containers!For dining in, the restaurant is spacious and clean.

I am a regular customer once to twice a week sometimes, but all in one bad experience; they lost me! Customer service is always mediocre, but today I came in for my usual good food, but it was totally burnt dry chicken and inedible, owner was upset and told me I should be telling them not to cook it well done, but I told her it usually comes out perfect, but today was inedible. She told me chicken was sold out and wouldn’t make me a new order. She didn’t offer a different option; like a veggie dish or shrimp dish. I told her I’ll get a refund then. She was absolutely rude and unwelcoming. I didn’t eat and I left hungry. Wont return

horrible. here is why: went on to order 3 main dishes or take out. Even asked specifically about ingredients in Pad Thai.I pay. As it was going to take 30 min I left to run some errands in between. I come back and pick up. In the car half way through across town we realize that the Pad Thai is not in the order. I call. I was told: yeah but you also didn't pay for the Pad Thai. --- ?!?!?!?!?! I responded that I don;'t understand how this could have been forgotten to be rung up when we even had a conversation about this dish at time of order. I was told to come back ...... well, half way across town, no apology for this to have happened etc... not exactly a customer service I 'd expect. Also note: the restaurant had maye 2 of the boots occupied , so the argument of busy night certainly did not apply. Nowabout the quality: really not good quality of food. I understand that taste is personal and not objective but I think i am not exaggerating if I say that the deep fried spring roll must have been the greasiest roll I have ever eaten. The Green Curry has nothing to do with actual THAI green curry (I just got back from Bangkok and have many different green curries, all different but all having a certainly fragrancy. this is just some thickened eugenic tasting green spicy something. The vermicelli dish has carelessly assembled stuff on top of the vermicelli with meat,. again generically seasoned with quality to be questionable. This could have been one o you to go resturants with frequent visits-- nupp. blew this one
