ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I’ve never written a review about poor service before, but this was on another level.
When I ordered four pizzas for pickup using a special offer listed on the website, I confirmed the price with the owner twice. I drove there for 30 minutes, only to be presented with the wrong pizzas and a price that was one-third higher than what was listed on the website and confirmed over the phone.
When I asked about the price, I showed them the offer listed online and explained that the person I spoke to on the phone (who I later found out was the owner) had confirmed it. The owner then came out and loudly YELLED AT MY FACE that the price was whatever was currently listed and that if I didn’t want it, I could leave. What kind of service is this?
I was picking up pizza for my brother’s birthday party, and his behavior completely ruined my brother’s excitement. On top of that, our order was incorrect. I have no problem paying more, but I cannot accept the way the owner treated my brother and me. He should not be serving customers.

Just moved to Wortley, had to try Piero’s out and they did not disappoint ! This place is GREAT! You can tell they take the time to craft a nice pie! Tell me where else you can get a medium for under $10 with tax? Little ceasers is more expensive and they’re gross! Don’t hesitate with pieros!

The Food is the best only thing on the delivery is the pizza was between cold and warm when it got delivered don't know if their was anymore delivery in the same car as mine and I was the last drop off but other than that the pizza was the best I've had to date. GREAT FOOD LITTLE BETTER ON HOT DELIVERYS.

The 1st time I ordered, they forgot one of my side items. I called and they had it delivered later. The 2nd time, they delivered it to the wrong house. Since I had to get it myself, phoneman said next time I would get a discount. The 3rd time, phoneman confirms my discount… but the delivery guy charged full amount. Wish we had a different outcome, especially for the arguably good price. It’s not a joke if Piero’s the only one laughing!

Female manager there is absolutely atrocious to even try to talk to when I had a question on what I was billed compared to what I read on their website. They don’t care about price discrepancy and she said it’s only a $4 difference and it’s not a big deal! She was so rude and I will not be ordering from there again!

Pizza is so good! Slices are the best! The full size pizzas are also great but I definitely prefer the taste of the Slices! Only thing is how busy it can get during dinner. But if you order ahead online its not much of a problem.
